I could watch a 20 minute video of Hiro just cutting stuff up. That knife in the begining of the video looked like it could chop a ham bone in two. These are the best cooking vids on KZbin. Thanks guys!

Best part of the video for a suscriber: The "good afternoon part" and when he tries the food and nods. Cause that means that you saw it from the beginning to the end without blinking.

Watching him cook actually is like a therapy to me , I watch a few every night before I go to bed and it relaxes me.. on this particular dish did any one catch what Hiro San said about cooking the chicken for 2 mins and then putting it in the oven; what temp, how long?-thanks

How could anyone not like that dish? You gentlemen have so much fun, and eat a good meal while doing it. I've told many people over the years, if you're doing something you love to do, with the people you enjoy being with, and are making money while having fun, it's not really a "job." It's getting paid to have fun with your friends, and that makes me a happy man. I'm hungry again:) By the way, I don't mind the blue fingers. Lol. Take care.

If you don't have an oroshi grater you can blend daikon chunks in a blender on pulse with a little bit of water (filled to the same level as the daikon) and drain the excess moisture in a strainer
