I have to say I'm very impressed you made that Pie on the counter and then slid the peel under the pie, I have only seen pies made on the peel and then slid into the oven. Great job and Video.

I just got Daddy Jack's blackening seasoning in the mail.. I bought 2 of them, great flavor and very low salt so you get mostly flavor.. I've been using it on almost everything. Used it to make some really good breakfast potatoes this morning. THANKS JACK!!!! Btw... nice pie!!!
