I was using charcoal toothpaste occasionally and it worked... for some time. Then they got sensitive and started to go yellowish brown. I stopped using it hoping for it to go away but it didn't. Fortunately I went to a dentist for some small cavities and turns out there was a thin layer of really hard plaque all over my teeth. After cleaning I couldn't believe how white they were. The almost brown color was from too much coffee intake

I watch these videos for many years and never understand why is it so hard for some people to do the basics. I have an electric toothbrush that automatically stops after 2 minutes and informs me if I apply too much pressure and a water flosser. Its my daily routine, and I never had teeth problems

I have some plant-based toothpastes that taste awesome, and some of them have fruit flavor, and they are more expensive than the regular Colgate toothpaste, and I also ordered a new toothpaste that is very expensive and way more expensive than my other tooth pastes - but I don’t brush every day usually, because I am plant-based, plus I am afraid of overbrushing, and, unless one has some other conditions (or tooth trauma) or does extremely śįnfęl things etc which naturally come with extremely negative effects (such as bng’ng and then førcing yet another unfortunate unconsenting soul into existence etc) one cannot really get new cavities on a plant-based diet (when it comes to diętary causes, dairy is the main cause of cavities and moving teeth aka unstable teeth with weakened bones and tooth enamel and also the main cause of tonsil stones, and it really sticks to the teeth, so it continues weakening the teeth and causing cavities even after drinking water or soda, and meats and eggs etc too, and, these things also have a highly acidic effect on the body, so they cause a lot of calcium loss and weak bones, so the more of these one has every day, the weaker the bones and teeth become and the more cavities one gets, and, it is actually true, as I experienced this on my own teeth, during one year when I consumed a lot of dairy every day, and my teeth become so unstable and were moving a lot, so I really thought that I would lose all my teeth, and then I noticed a new cavity forming on my front tooth starting as a white spot, and I even lost a part of my upper molar that’s on the right side that just fell off, but after I went plant-based, my teeth no longer moved, not even once in over a decade, and, after 6 months I noticed that the white spot from my front tooth was gone, so luckily it didn’t turn into a dark cavity, but it would have become a dark cavity if I wouldn’t have gone plant-based sooner, so the things they say about the negative effects of dairy and other similar things are very true) and, that’s why I don’t need to brush every single day, but I usually brush after having sweets because sugary stuff does give a toothache in my broken upper molar (which I think is one of the wisdom teeth) on the left side, which is very sensitive, though sugar itself doesn’t cause actual cavities or new cavities, and most sodas don’t cause cavities and don’t dissolve teeth either, and some types of sodas can actually protect teeth from cavities as they rinse the mouth very well after having a meal, but, I think I have an infection caused by my iron / copper etc sharp mini-scissors in my other broken molar that’s one of the lower molars on my right side, because I am allergic to most metals, though amazingly there is still no ache in that molar, even after more than ten days or two weeks, but the swelling has already filled the whole broken molar, and I cannot go to the dentist at the moment!
@FrozenMermaid666
@FrozenMermaid666 5 ай бұрын
I don’t think I could stand having braces, but I want to fix my lower molar that’s on the right side that is broken (due to my chewing the hardest candy ever produced that came without warning on the packaging) and that has an infection (I think, not sure tho because there is still no ache in that tooth) at the moment, and, I’ve been thinking that the best way to do that would be, by pulling it out, and replacing it with the wisdom tooth that is right next to it, by surgically repositioning the wisdom tooth where that broken molar is and attaching it to the other molar with dissolvable stitches, so hopefully this type of surgery is going to be possible in the near future, because it would be a great solution, as that wisdom tooth that is right next to it (that is half-covered by some tissue, because there isn’t enough space for it to fully come out) is in a very good condition without cavities and without holes in it, so it would be a great replacement for the other molar, after all, wisdom teeth are also a type of molar, so it should be possible to do that surgically, by repositioning the whole wisdom tooth with the bone that holds it in place and all the tissue around it, like, moving an entire cube that contains the wisdom tooth and then using dissolvable stitches to attach it to the tissue that has the other teeth, after taking out the broken molar and the part of bone that holds it in place, and after creating the right space for the cube that has the wisdom tooth in it, and then it should heal normally and work just fine, as tissue normally heals and new tissue is created by the body to fill in the space where the wisdom tooth was and other tiny spaces, and maybe a temporary thin titanium screw would also be necessary to secure the bone that holds the wisdom tooth in place to the bone that holds the molar and the other teeth in place until new bone grows and fills in the spaces between the two bones, kinda like when having a limb lengthening surgery, so, I don’t see why such surgery wouldn’t be possible, and, this should be possible just by surgery, without having to wear braces afterwards or anything like that - and, I want to have my upper wisdom tooth (that’s on the left side and that is also broken) pulled out because it is really sensitive and it has a big hole in it, and I think it always had a small hole in it, ever since it first erupted, because sometimes teeth can can odd shapes or holes and not every tooth forms properly, so it has always bothered me, and, I don’t even think it has any cavity because I cannot see any dark cavity in it, but it’s just broken, and now the hole is really big as it got bigger and bigger after an incident that occurred a few years ago, because I kinda got so upset with my wisdom tooth because it had an ache, and the Trams hadn’t kįcked in yet as it takes ten or fifteen minutes for them to do so, so, without thinking, I did some very incorrect movements with my hand and ended up losing a part of that wisdom tooth, and after that the ache got even more unbearable, so now I have to brush immediately after eating something that’s very sweet or certain types of granola that can really irritate the nerve in that tooth, but, at the same time, I am also thinking that maybe I should just have it filled and restored, so I don’t know if I am going to have it pulled or restored in the future, but I will definitely keep the upper wisdom tooth on the right side as it could also be a good replacement for one of my broken molars in the future if that type of surgery is going to be possible, or if it’s already possible, I don’t know, but anyways, if one knows whether that type of surgery is already possible or not, one should let me know...

I don't really have the guts to get my overbite fixed, since my jaw would have to be broken to fix it. Besides the overbite was caused by my orthodontist giving me a spacer at 7 when he could have saved us both pain and work by removing the 2 teeth I didn't have room for and just worn braces for another 6~ish months.(which is what all the other orthodontists did for my aunts and cousins who all had the exact same problem as me🙄)

I’m so glad I decided to get braces instead of veneers or crowns. Being in my 40s I didn’t really wanna have to wear them for two years. But honestly I made the right choice. I mean it’s bad enough I had to get root canals and crowns on a few molars and a couple of fillings. I’m glad I didn’t damage the l completely healthy teeth I still have! I’m already one year into my braces journey. They’ll be off in a year or less. It wasn’t that bad. I would have huge regrets if I had damaged my teeth just for a nice “looking” smile. Now I’ll have a nice smile with my real teeth. Take care of your teeth kids! Brush and floss at least twice daily. DONT JUST BRUSH! Floss is important. And go in for regular check ups and cleanings. It’s worth it. Otherwise it’s gonna cost you a lot of money (and possibly pain) to fix the damage when you get older. ❤️ I got mine taken care of before it was too late.

I mean if I really really look and tip my head back I can see the light go threw my natrul teeth top layers and the crown not bur still so happy I didn't do what she wanted and destroyed all of my teeth not to mention the crowns were 800 a pop and we are talk she wanted to do 14 front teeth top and bottom.

Watch the next one or I'll have crooked teeth rest of my life? Well, imma have those anyway cause braces waaaaaaay too expensive :( No way with inflation I'll never afford them lol Be cheaper just to get peridontitis and let insurance finally cover dentures since they think thats a better idea than covering keeping teeth healthy in the first place.
