If you notice, all of AH legal teams witnesses are erratic, not clear on their answers, contradictory and very unstable. Even their body language is aggressive. All of JD legal teams witnesses are much more clear, concise, stable and to the point. Body language is kind and engaging. You are the company you keep.

Honestly I've always believed the story about the vodka bottle causing the injured finger because no one would EVER jump to a vodka bottle being thrown at them to explain that type of injury if they were lying. Amber’s story literally makes no sense, how does the tip of your finger come off by crushing a landline? Sure, you definitely could break it but the tip of your finger for sure wouldn’t come off. You don’t have to be a doctor to figure that one out😭
@neilorose
@neilorose 2 жыл бұрын
You probably could actually… but the injury to the flesh of the fingertip would be like a smashed pumpkin, not a slice. It seems obvious to me now that the fractures were from the impact and the sliced tip was from glass. Therefore a glass bottle makes a lot of sense. It’s got the weight and the sharpness to create that injury. So awful that he has to relive this moment again. 😢
@PJM454
@PJM454 2 жыл бұрын
If you did smash your finger tip off with the phone against a wall (probably soft drywall), you would have to do it with one clean blow because you would not be able to hold a tissue after doing that because you would be in so much pain. Secondly, the chance of you just injuring just the one finger tip and nothing else using that much force would be a medical miracle (I would have bought a lottery ticket after that if I was Johnny). Thirdly, there would be a lot of damage to the wall and phone after which I did not see in any of the evidence photos. This still would not explain the precise, small fractures and clean lacerations to the tip of just one finger. All of ambers stories have more holes than a screen door.

@@GirdsHerStrength my dads left hand middle finger tip past the knuckle but just to the nail bed was smashed off at work when machinery framework came unsecure while he was doing maintenance. The bone was split or shattered in a sense. The flesh was I guess you would say squeezed off like when kneading and dividing dough . Coworkers tried to find the finger tip to no avail. The surgeon pulled the remaining tissue around the remaining bone, the partial nailbed was then located on the rounded tip of his finger providing some protection. But he says it still hurts constantly and that happened over 40 years ago. So I had no problem believing JD story.

The weight of the bottle and the fact of it being a crush injury would be enough to cause the comminuted fracture and the soft tissue damage. At the same time as Dr Gilbert said, the bottle broke in part because of the force and because it hit the marble bar. It would break into bigger pieces rather than splinters because bottle glass is of necessity thicker. That's why there are no pieces in the flesh but on the floor

Details are scientifically accurate; never used any irrelevant words; not leaving any chance or doubts in his competency in his special field. I hope that the jury notices the difference in quality between Johnny and Amber's expert testimonies. Every single on of Amber's experts comes off a biased, combative, and arrogant. And each time they are cross examined they give vague answers, refuse to admit the limits of their expert opinion, or are laboriously forced to walk back their claims. Meanwhile all of Johnny's experts are calm, professional, and to the point. They always have a clear explanation and evidence for their conclusions (notice how Johnny's team is submitted 90% of the demonstratives in the case). And they always handle cross way more confidently and without backing down on their claims.

And did you find it bled a lot? I have had glass cuts to my feet and they bled profusely and made it very uncomfortable to walk for days. Actually glass cuts are usual very clean cuts unless the glass is very thin and shatters into small pieces and would leave a lot of small cuts on ur skin with some shattered pieces that will stick to the skin, and a thin glass wouldn't break ur bones or shatter them so that's obviously a thicker bigger glass. that's not something that only a doctor can determine, basically anyone with common sense can and I have studied RE in University which has nothing to do with medical studies yet AH brought an expert talking no sense shamelessly with his title on the line for her... I wonder how much he got paid to put his reputation on the line like that....

I live in Bavaria. At the beginning of the Pandemic lockdown I dropped a ceramic saucer on my foot. I use them to feed my cats. I never felt the cut to the top of my foot. I never felt or even noticed all the blood. I was too busy trying to get it cleaned up because I was frightened one of my cats would eat the food that had been on the saucer. My youngest son heard the crash and came down. He saw puddles of blood from each step I took. I had a 1 inch slice across the top of my foot. You could see the bone. I remember thinking. That is going to hurt. My son drove my to Emergency. There wasn't any ceramic in the slice but there had been ceramic all over the floor. I had 5 stitches inside and 5 stitches outside. Later that evening. I was right. It hurt.

Why are the lawyers asking the same question differently it's annoying... But doc you did answer a perfect one... Good job.. The truth will always remain truth

At this moment we are not sure what the jury is thinking , as an audience we judge what we want to ,what we feel to ,but as jury ,what they believe is imp and what they fell is imp.

They also technically don't have permission to view some of what we can as several recordings were left out of evidence due to people on them not giving consent to be recorded in a private setting.

I stumbled on a youtube channel 'The Behavioral Arts' where the body language analyst interviewed a lawyer who was actually in the courtroom as an audience. His observation of the jury as AH was testifying was very interesting. Also explained why AH keeps looking at the jury.

@@Vincent_Beers court is not purely a private event, As per the first ammendment, the general public and press have the right to be in the courtroom. The courthouse it’s self is public property, as it belongs to the municipality/state.

Amber should've been arrested for severing his finger. Don't know why he protected her for so long.

The truth is always simpler, and JD’s witnesses are straightforward in their testimonies. Go Johnny !

I like the way the questions were asked(kudos) and how the surgeon sounds like he could be a professor in his spare time.
