Thank you for your comment ! I also think, that to know more about OS FF 240 Pegasus internal structure and design should be very interesting. So, I'll add to make such internal stricture video into my creative plan. Thank you !

Hello It would be interesting to see how the 2-piece crankshaft in this engine is connected and supported on the area where the two pieces meet.

That's a awesome looking engine! I guess the most strange one I have is a HP VT four stroke engine with the rotary valve head! It's a sweet sounding little engine but doesn't have very much power!

Thank you a lot for your comments ! Yes, it really is ! I can only talk about this engine in a superior mood, it evokes so many emotions. We will analyze it a little more deeper, to see its internal structure and the design of its individual elements. By the way, I also have this Hirtenberger VT21 in my collection, a slightly strange engine of an unusual design, has not yet started it. However, let's get to it. Thanks again, and have a nice day!

Amazing engines, where do you find all these great items? 😁 Thanks

Thank you very much for your comment ! Definitely, in fact, I'm such a big fan of 4-stroke model engines that I gradually started collecting them. It took several years, collected all over the globe. There are other weird ones out there... Thank you and have a nice day !

I recently seen one pop up in Australia, $2000 ,brand new ff320

@@danielhitchens4407 Thank you for your information ! It is really interesting engine, and it cost a lot. $2K isn't no so much for FF 320 N.I.B., I have seen much higher prices, both in the US and in Japan. Unfortunately, most model 4-stroke engines are no longer produced, replaced by more technologically advanced brushless electric motors, and recently their (4 stroke) prices have been rising, for the most part, they are far from new, and spare parts are practically absent. It's good that there is RCJapan guys , who are trying to get parts from the remaining manufacturers. I waited almost a month (!) for Saito to make a FA 120R3 engine's piston pin (which I lost during rebuilding the engine) for me + 3 weeks for logistics from Japan.

I was very fortunate to get one of these 240's recently. If I ever need parts, do you have a good source?

Hi and thank you for your question. Basically, eBay is one of the more or less reliable sources, but definitely, I would recommend RC Japan web store: www.rcjapan.net , the only problem is delivery time. Thank you and have a nice day !
