this chair is very powerful chair. compared to inada dreamwave max 3d setting with minimum cushion, this chair's max 4d setting is at least 5x more powerful. if you like strong massage, this is a chair to go. grabbed mine for $5500 during black friday sale at costco. it is selling for $9000 on big named internet stores. :p

I got the Pro Maestro and I am not happy with it, too many small details to be worth the asking price. Foot massage is incomplete since it does not do your toes, Arm massage is fix and once you are in the reclined position your arms will go back because there is no support for the elbows and you will get a painful pressure in your fingertips instead of your actual hand, the stretch massage option is pretty useless since it stretches your knees instead of your waist and spine, the calf part of the leg rest gets all the way up way before the foot rest does sometimes resulting on a bothersome knee rubbing, the rollers do not open wide enough to get your traps fully massaged, there is no upper arm support or massage of any kind, sometimes the rollers get confused and make you feel pain on the lower back because they will dig hard on your waist bone right beside your sacrum, and the list goes on... I bought it because I was told it was the best by the seller... and it is not, it is just the most expensive. The one thing it is amazing it is the speakers. I have sent an email requesting help with this chair and so far no answer, I guess I will get an answer once the 30 days window for return has passed. I will not recommend this chair to anyone for the price. I wish they will still made the Elite RoboPad, that chair was amazing.

@@portedbikes I agreed with your comments. Wondered if you end up keeping that massage chair? I purchased a 2020 Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE in 6/2020. Tried to get help from the vendor or Osaki were like pulling teeth.

@@nikow.143 Not really, just need the allen key to remove the 2 or 3 screws holding the arm rests, the foot rest should be even easier as there is no tools required for it, and all electric and pressure lines are quick disconnect.

There is a lot of cheaper and good options and there is always financing available. I decided to go with this one because I got an excellent deal on it, but I am sure the asking price is just the brand and because it was the latest model, nothing extremely great about the chair, even do it is a full massage chair, I saw plenty that were terrible.

In your opinion...Which chair is the best bang for the buck? Cozzia Qi (730 model), Cozzia Qi SE (710 model), Ogawa Smart 3D, or the Osaki Pro Maestro? I'm having a difficult time trying to choose and unfortunately these 4 chairs are not readily available in many stores. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks.

We all know there are ONLY 3 Dimensions (XYZ = H x W x L). Basically, 3D and 4D are the same. Guys, don't be misled. 4D is just a marketing term. You will see 5D, 6D, 7D,... chairs coming soon.
