This Year Oscar is soooooooo unpredictable, i love it! We have to wait until the envelope open. Last year and so many years before so predictable, we know that Joaquin Phoenix, Renee Zellweger, Laure Dern and Brad Pitt will win their Oscar.

As a big Hollywood actress, Close has much more chances to be nominated for the oscar again and again. Better give her first oscar in leading role category as she was robbed so many times in that field.

The supporting actress category of the Oscar this year is so intense and exciting. I can't believe my two favorite actresses from both sides of the world like Glenn Close and Youn Yuh-Jung is now being nominated side by side at the same field and in the same year. I know Close should have won the oscar so many times in her career, but I still want Youn get the oscar this time. I'll be happy if the Academy keep the oscar for Close in leading role category in the next one or two years because she was robbed so many times in that field.

Nomadland is a fortgetful movie... doesnt give something Extra... boring for most People... PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN has a strong screenplay a strong actress a strong director and it gives something for the world about women being killed by men nowadays... It should go with PYW for me

Considering the type of movies the Oscars usually awards - Nomadland hits more notes than PYW. Maybe you need to rewatch it to really understand it's message, which is very relevant to life around the world. Or maybe it's just not your type of film but it's definitely not 'boring.'

I've got no problems with Mr. Bosman, I see that Sir Anthony Hopkins deserves this Award more than anyone else, even more than Gary Oldman in his brilliant performance in Mank.
