Never had a prop that came balanced out of the box. That’s amazing. Can’t wait to see this prop at the speed run spot

She looked nice right out of the hole with that prop. She also looked REALLY nice running ovals! Until she wasn't.. 😂 Slomo looked really cool!! 💪

Going on wednesday to test some smc speed run packs on mine, hopefully gonna break 50, also gonna rip and gps the dominator, it passed the water tests and i got new rolls of tape. I also gotta test a couple little 17” boats i got and restored on ebay.

Top speed Control Line planes use 1 bladed props for max power focused on the 1 blade the hub is counter balanced. It is a known fact a single blade operating with no interference from an opposing blade or multiple blades yields the highest efficiency with air as the medium. Perhaps it is possible with water the best bite can be achieved while impacting the lions share of the motor's power to a larger dia. higher pitched blade to yield shocking performance far beyond any multiblade prop could ever provide. With some keen insight of how single blade air props are balanced a realization of the best approach could be cross pollenated to a light weight aluminum blade water prop with a slip on keyed dogbone having lead or heavy brass bulged out to and formed for smooth water flow to counter balance the low weight aluminum, titanium or carbon single prop blade. A huge jump in speed / thrust in the order of 20 to 35% will be witnessed for the first time in RC boat history providing dynamics of prop shape / rake / dia. / pitch etc. are understood for single blade operation. Next level props will turn up and dominate a new movement of performance boats in a class of their own category. Out of the hole from a stand still will be shocking, top rpm will be breath taking to hear. Closed testing should be done until your efforts are safe guarded and fully realized - For further insights / solutions see link to help get you up to speed: www.intlwaters.com/threads/single-blade-prop.77374/

I believe water being much more dense than air is why single blade props for boats is not common, I also believe the United States Navy would have utilized this more efficient meth long ago if it were truly so much better, speed boats tend to use surface drives so there is basically only one blade in the water at a time anyway, slippage is a problem with boat props so having 3 or 4 shade keeps mor prop in the water. So as you can see the principle behind the single blade prop is active on multiple blade props, it is realized in different ways, of course all of this is not new to anyone and what we see and use on our boats is the best all around method for propelling a vehicle in water, just look at the props on a modern submarine 👍

@@nealstarling5422 RC boats spin props at much higher rpm's, the blade is in bite mode so fast even a high speed camera would be taking on quite the chore to keep up with each revolution. Really there is no real comparison given rpm /power to weight to submerged prop applications with Navy ships / subs.. 😁
