THANK YOU this video was really helpful! Had my g2 test today at oshawa and passed. Test was only around 7-10 minutes long and was really a test of parallel, three point, uphill/downhill and parking. instructor was really nice and chill and i forgot my indicator once when exiting the centre and he just reminded me and said don’t worry so don’t stress out too much

I passed at this location first try. It was very easy for me. But everyone is different. My examiner was really nice. Anyone that is nervous the test is very easy and straight forward, if you know how to drive you will pass, if you don’t you will fail. Good luck to everyone!

Thank you for this video. It gave me a great insight of what to expect during the test. So I just had my G2 road test yesterday and I wanna share my experience. I came in expecting to get on one way street but I'm glad to report we didn't. The route we took was almost identical to the one showed in the video. The only difference came after turning left past the bridge since we had to find a parked car to do parallel parking. I butchered the parallel parking since I accidentally touched the curb. Also the speed I was doing in the backroads was way too low (20~30 km/h approaching stop signs) and it really irritated the examiner :( He seemed to be in a really bad mood when we went back to the test centre and didn't even wait for me to properly park the car before getting off. I really panicked there and thought it was a guaranteed fail. However after I went back in to the office he seemed to be in a much better mood and was very friendly and kind when we did the paperwork and that's where I knew he let me pass the test=)))

Thank you Evgeniy! I had my G2 test this afternoon at the Oshawa location. I had a great examinor as well. I asked him if I could wear my hat and he said ur hat or glasses whichever one you want. I did the exam and it was around7-10 minutes. Similar route to yours but it was short. We didn't do many of the streets that you had and we didn't go on a one way either.. I guess due to the backlog and whatnot they cut it short. I did reverse parking inside the plaza when we got back and 3 point turn while we were out. I also did uphill and downhill parking as well. I didn't do the parallel parking at all. I guess they have some who do it and some who don't. I watched your video and i thank you for giving me the advice and insight to pass!

My overall experience went very well, the line for g2 was not too bad, the assistants inside drive centre were nice, my examiner was a nice person she was very clear, it was a filipino lady with black hair medium built she was clear and nice however she was very unfair, she failed me for something so dumb that wasn't even my fault. I did everything correctly, she asked me to do parallel parking, then 3 point turn, then up hill parking, once i finished everything correctly, she asked me to turn right at stop sign, it was a long road maximum 40, i was keep going looking around making sure no one is around me, no cars or people moving, then i keep going and suddenly on my right side a car reverse from his home drive way, he didnt slow down or reverse slowly soon as i get near his car he drive out vert fast and my examiner stumped on her break, and she said you didnt wait for him to get out but if i saw him slowly getting out from the start i wouldve of course slowed down and stopped but because as soon as i get near the guys house he reversed out and he was smiling, maybe he did this by purpose, regardless, when the test was over, the examiner did not mention one mistake that i did other that truck, i asked her what else i did wrong and she said the white truck and thats it, it is totally unfair for me to fail over that. They need to realize that sometimes its not the students fault maybe the other person make a mistake. Without naming other mistakes she left my vehicle.

@@yannickdubra1950 the test was about 12 minutes and the route was not the exact same as in the video. They have 3 different routes. Also, if they can find a car parked at the side of the road they will make you parallel park with it. If they can't find a car for you to parallel park with then they will make you reverse park in the parking lot. For my test I had to reverse park, I messed up the reverse park a little bit (I wasn't in the middle) but they still passed me. Don't worry, try to stay calm and focus on driving, remember to always use your signals and watch your speed limit. good luck.

Hey Evgeniy, passed my G2 road test today at Oshawa...it wasnt exactly this route in your video but your driving attitudes and hand and face gestures helped...also inputs from your friend in the video also helped (dont know why he doesnt mention his name or face, he's really helpful).... my wishlist : you should do videos on 1) complicated left turns at an intersection 2) turns from a two way to one way and vice versa thanks a ton again!!!

@@maryannpineda4844 It was 40km(residential areas)then i drove from the drive test centre to tresane road. I was asked to do uphill parking,three point turn and parallel parking and when we got back to the drive test centre i did the front parking. I just made sure to turn my head like crazy while checking my blind spots lol. My test took about 8 minutes and when my examiner told me congratulations i started dancing.

Great video guys. Only critique, as a driving instructor myself, is the dry steering (turning the wheel when vehicle is not moving) its bad for your tires and power steering. When I saw you do the uphill park, throw the car into park, then crank the wheels left I cringed so hard lol. Other than that, I like it haha

this video is going to help me i failed the first time it was because i stopped at the stop sign at 8:56 and then i rolled up so i can see the sides more and there was a car coming i saw it and had my foot pressing the break a little and i let the car stop the driver examiner freaked out and told me to stop even though i was almost stopped it was my fault its what i was taught by my dad but i also don't think i left the left lane after the turn at 6:55 thank you for making this video i will for sure pass my test i can reschedule on the 28th

I had a different route yesterday, examiner was ok and I did parallel park, 3 point turn, uphill park, at last returning as examiner took me in a one way road of three lane and I had to go 3 rd lane for turn left at traffic light but due to speed of back car my lane change wrong. Unfortunately,I failed. It will be helpful of video mock of one way lane too..I think Oshawa only have one way road. As I have no practise on one way road so.

I failed😔 i started it wrong, im short person, i realized i forgot to adjust my seat, i just realized it when i was start driving, like oh shit i cant reach the gas properly i forgot to adjust my seat forward. Im hesistant to stop and adjust it so i just keep going, but my mind is already distructed. I adjust while light is on red stopped so the car moved forward a little bit. In my mind oh shit im gonna fail. Did the 3 point turn, down hill parking, parallel parking. My major mistake was unsafe lane change, there was a police car on the road, it stopped, car in front of me stoppped, so i stopped too. I try to change lane to pass the police car, but i didnt see the car coming, examiner, slammed the break. Another one the pedestrian on the stop sign, i was turning left, the way is clear and the pedestrian is not moving so i turned left. She said i should communicate to the pedestrian, wave my hand and tell her to go. Lesson learned i shouldnt panic when i see the examiner, my time is 1:08, she came 1250sh right away after i registered, i should carefully adjust everything first mirrors, seat etc. before i drive ( which i usually do everytime i practice driving, i dont know why i didnt do those in the actual test day, sigh) just focus, and dont get distructed.
