In every martial art system, students paid at least $100 a month and spend 85% of their time standing around doing nothing while watching the instructor show off. Take a stopwatch and clock any onet student when they do actual fighting techniques, not warm ups, not running in circles, not doing sit-ups, just actual martial art fighting. You'll find it's less than 5 minutes per class.

Uh, no. Just don't go to any non- strip mall dojo that teaches a real martial art (like judo, not like those dim mak places) and you will be training and sparring most of the time
