This is great, can you share more videos like this e.g. common mistakes of throws. Uchi mata and Ura Nage are two challenging throws for me to try in randoori now

In every martial art system, students paid at least $100 a month and spend 85% of their time standing around doing nothing while watching the instructor show off. Take a stopwatch and clock any onet student when they do actual fighting techniques, not warm ups, not running in circles, not doing sit-ups, just actual martial art fighting. You'll find it's less than 5 minutes per class.

Uh, no. Just don't go to any non- strip mall dojo that teaches a real martial art (like judo, not like those dim mak places) and you will be training and sparring most of the time
