When you set out, you can put your empty EVA batteries into communal charger near the Gig Kiosk, it's way better than installing unwieldy 4x4 charger at your ship. There is a ship type that always carries Access Hatches, it's ultra large that looks like letter H but with 6 branches rather than 4. You could look for it @ship broker. Near the hatches and reactor room, there's also some cargo netting outside.

Just a small tip, wen you are in the black market menus and want to see his next inventory update just hit space and wait for it in the menus wen he updates the game automatically pauses the game and you can check the prizes. You can almost always stay in the menu, sometimes he throws you out.Also you can sell the cores for 8900$ each almost half more than what you got there.

EVA oxygen cans break if you walk over them. I broke almost all of mine after I bought them.

they break if the pressure around them isn´t high enough too, so anoying. when i buy 5 one gets always damaged
