These drills are the best I have been doing these fo 2.5 years and they improve your movement on the groung no end..... do them as fast as you can... if you are old watch your back. Oswaldo Alves is the best!

WOW. These are great. I have never seen many of these. Great stuff for warm ups too. Great movements to keep the warm ups fun and fresh.

Really the right way to drill. Awsome technique in the drills (which is what most people forget,i mean its not just for endurance you know). Very happy and will start the ones i dont do in my daily practice.
