I think the anime could've been as good as the UBW adaptation great, but not perfect Fate/Zero had the benefit of being a light novel while Fate/Stay night (Even though it is better than Zero IMO) has the problem of being a visual novel and Tsukihime would have the same thing because internal monologues.

I like Shiki, all five of the heroines, and Satsuki quite a bit. But if I had to choose, I would go with Ciel, Satsuki and Hisui. My parents taught me the value of compassion, and all three could certainly use some.

Going to state it here as well, if anyone wants to read tsukihime for themselves but may not be into reading a novel, check out the manga which is easily found. It gives a lot of context to the events of the story and while following the main heroines route, expands it with the neccesary content from other routes to make it a much more complete experience. Nasu totally recommends it

No, Fate was popular even before getting the market flooded with Fate content. Fate/Stay Night is Type-Moon's best selling Visual Novel. THAT is what led them to keep expanding the franchise, which led to more sales, so obviously it snowballed from there. Though yes, at this point they focus on it because of Fate/Grand Order being a massive cash cow.

Fate: Had a remastered version done with ufotable doing the opening animations, and then doing the subsequent anime adapdations Tsukihime: Remake announced with ufotable doing the opening animation. I will froth from the mouth if they also give it an anime adaptation but im just happy we're getting a remake

Well ufotable still has at least fate/hollow ataraxia to adapt (and maybe a fate route remake) So that has to be done before tsukihime (hope they don't do the same mistake with fate and go to the second route since the first was adapted by a trash studio before)

It's great that you do this lore videos for lesser known visual novels. Very interesting. If you accept suggestion fot future topics, a video on Dies Irae would be fantastic. It's a cult hit visual novel that just came out on Steam over ten years after the original japanese release. Similarly to Tsuki Hime it is the center of a univers of multiple VN, called the Masadaverse, and it's just as high-concept and awesome as the Nasuverse. I'm sure you'll love it.

From what I remember of the routes that made Kara no Kyoukai's universe known aside from Touko's existence was one of Hisui's routes pointing out the Ryougi's and the Asagami's demon hunter line existing alongside the Tohno's, Nanaya's, Kishima's, and Fujou's which I thought was cool. Nice video man, thank you for doing this. Tsukihime is CRIMINALLY underrated, underappreciated by just about everyone, not to mention underutilized by Type-Moon themselves. It truly sickens me as a fairly large fan of the Nasuverse, that's why after I finished Fate/zero I refuse to watch/slash support TM until they get there shit together. I mean how long does it take to remake a visual novel? I realize this will not accomplish much but I just can't find it in me to continue giving my hard earned cash to a company in the hopes that one day they remember where they started. Oh well perhaps Carnival Phantasm 2 will cheer me up.

I think I already wrote this is a comment before but Kinoki Nasu did commend the artist and publisher of the manga for skillfully tying together all the routes. All that said, except Satsuki's route. I know you would want to admin there is a tsukihime anime, but that route is what I call satsuki's route. To be fair though, I think the manga made public first before the anime.
