Sithannan is more interested in talking - rather interrupting - than interviewing experts. This aspect of him should be quite obvious to viewers, if one were to view all his interviews. Not only that he continues to do that despite adverse comments. Yet, he couldn't contain himself interrupting more often than not, that too unnecessarily. In the latest USA presidential debate ( not an interview) , the challenger candidate Joe Biden of democratic party couldn't put up with frequent interruption of the USA President Trump so much so Biden at one time called out to him " shut up man." Trump in that debate instantly reminded me of Sithannan in his interviews. Interview should be much more polite & rhythmic than debates. Because they come from experts in their respective fields. That is why Sithannan have called them for interviews. It is that expertise that they have come to share with viewers. Viewers are not interested about Sithanna's knowledge. That kind of polite & patient approach alone could bring out the spirit & soul of an interview. If Sithannan were to want to seek clarification on a point he should remain intently & listen patiently till the time the expert completes his point. We don't know if Sithannan is aware of such nuanced approach of an interview. Why should he do it then ? The probable psychological reason could be thus. There should be some hidden urge within Sithannan to "show off" his own knowledge about the point being made by the experts .This is meant implicitly to convey an impression to the viewers that he too was aware of those points made by the experts. Basically, such interruptions while experts talking is borne out of one's own ego or his inferiority complex.We can also say in other way too that "empty pot always rattles most." Sithannan's programmes are varied and very much appreciable but they are marred by the way he handles them. Without malice..No offense intended.

sir sorry to say this ... both of the manual and digital records arguments is right positively. .... but the manual recorded are some negative problem will created .....and proper secured they have to don't know. ...but the digital record means proof is there timing,date, seconds also there.. it's more high fitness I think ... but also each and every department should two more copy are secretaly prohibited... that is good job in this situation.....

I am really shocked with aadhar discussion. As per the information I heard the mechanism behind aadhar finger print is it will not save finger print as digital print, it will be saved in a format (like binary language) which cannot be recreated into physical format by any other methods, only can be validated/matched. So technically why aadhar department is not giving the finger print is because they don't have print or can't recreate the print. Is this something they both not aware being in relevant field? Or its my mistake!!

Sir, really it's interesting to know about finger print experts...while watching this interview the investigation characters Ganesh and Vasanth from Rajesh Kumar novels coming to my mind... childhood memories... The numerical identity generation for finger/foot prints is informative. Sir, what he is saying is correct. When everything is digitalised, the software do the pattern matching. It's good to have manual pattern analysts as well. Otherwise, over the period of time, we may totally relay on the software company. That's not good.
