I agree with this. Emma eventually earns it, of course she does, but not to more than Regina in any way. When I found out that Lana actually had to FIGHT the writers for Regina to maintain and build a relationship between her character and Henry I was so appalled. Like... The stupidity and gall.

the end of this scene gets on my nerves every time. every fucking time regina does the right thing in order to be worthy of Henry, he's just being like "oh thanks" and goes with emma. no hug, no kiss. no wonder regina went for her mother and searched other ways to keep henry with her. every time she tried the "right" way it ended up with henry leaving to emma's and the others still not trusting her.

I guess I understand. Thing is, he was a kid who lived a good chunk of his life believing he was not loved and that his mom was the evil queen. You see, once he gets older, he realizes that he really did love her and she was not truly bad.

I guess Henry was kinda right about magic being bad and making good people bad. When you think about it, it was magic that made rumplestillskin evil, it was magic that made cora evil (before she was a fairly good person, she just had a hard and unfair life as a young girl) and the same applies to Regina (to a lesser extent)

Well magic is just a tool. Merlin also knew magic, but he wasn't evil. Also, think of this, do you think it is a coincidence that all bad people got magic? I didn't think so. You see they all had bad bad time and a really messed up life to begin with. Rumplestiltskin was abandoned by his mother and father, Cora had a hard life as you say, and Regina had a bad mother, bad childhood, bad marriage and whatever else fate could burden her with. Now why did they even acquire magic if things were good? Because they needed a way to get back at life, and the people they were hurt by. Scholars are a different case here by the way (like Merlin you could say). Even the first Dark One had a bad life case. So yeah.

Why is everyone upset about Henry going towards Emma? He is afraid of Regina and what she could do with magic. I know she raised him but she made him think he was crazy, sent him to a shrink when he was normal, tied him up in the tree to try to keep him with her. Yeah that’s good for a kid!

Azrael Gorge Except nobody is saying that guns are actually evil but moreso the access to them and how easy it is for people who want to do harm and do mass shootings in some states is the problem, purchasing them as well as carrying them over even to states with stricter gun laws. Bottom line a gun is a tool, to kill (magic isn’t) and asking for better regulations and closing already existing loopholes isn’t a bad thing, especially when we hear about mass shootings happening literally days and even a few hours between each other in this country.
