Aleister Crowley, born 1875, was an English occultis philosopher, ceremonial magician, poet, painter, novelist, mountaineer, a spy, and a sexually-liberated recreational drug-enthusiast who followed a "Do what thou wilt" philosophy.
He passed away in 1947 but he influences so many to this day and he remains to be known as “The Great Beast” and the “wickedest man in the world.”
Being a wealthy man who travelled a lot, he had multiple residencies across the world that he chose with purpose, to fulfil the specific requirements he needed for his rituals.
Two of these houses are in the UK and they’re still standing, one in Scotland, another in Cornwall, we thought it would be interesting to travel to them both to see what we could find…

Definitely a weird place up on the moors near Zennor! This is going back about 6 or 7 years now, but as a kid me and my dad would cycle along the road past Aleister Crowley's house on a tandem. One time my dad said that he had to fight to keep the bike on the road as there was something trying to push us into the ditch, which felt like it went on for ages. My dad wouldn't cycle their again, it freaked him out too much! Thanks for the great KZbins! 👍👻

You never take your fingers of the Ouija board while you are talking to Sprit and you have to close it down by saying goodbye. never play with these things. They are very dangerous. I know from 1st hand experience when my sister and myself made are own Ouija board and did not shut it down, the room we slept in was Haunted after that and a family dog would never go in there. . The writing on the white objects in the 2nd house is medieval aramsic and medieval Hebrew to guide kabbalists in their spiritual journey. Kabbalah is not evil at all, just unconventional compared to many more traditional religious practices. Also, I definitely think someone moved the table.

Yeah, I've watched it several time's. It's the only one I've watched that seemed like a movie, and my only negative comment would be, Nat's loud mouth saying 17X "Let's go !! No let's go Karl, Karl let's go" and on and on.😬 She didn't want to go from the moment they got there, so why didn't she stay in the van ? Instead of blowing up the narrative, where I couldn't hear Sam and Jess !! I was able to hear soo much more from their camera (and they were worried about the quality 😂) plus some accurate corrections in the spirit box !! TBH Sam knew more about the place than the documentarian, and Karl stated some "Nutcase" during the daylight. Make no mistake Crowley knew exactly what he was trying to accomplish, and who knows ? Perhaps he did 😱 One thing's for certain: Whatever he did permeated not only the house, the property, but the very sand Sam felt with Jess as they were doing the initial sweep. Backed by the counts of every person who tried living there in between. Even Jimmy Page didn't wish to speak about that accursed place, and of all the tragedies that befell Led Zepellin the most horrible (altho it can't be tied directly to Boleskine) was the death of John Bonham in 1980 on Christmas day (coincidence ?) at the age of 30 😢 You see I'm an old frontman, and sang in the bar circuits from the 70's-approx 87 (I was 🎤in bars, and parties long before drinking age), as I just turned 62 one month ago. So I heard all of the occult whispers between Jimmy and Ritchie Blackmoor (lead 🎸 for Deep Purple and Rainbow, or as it began: Ritchie Blackmoor's Rainbow w/a young Ronnie James Dio who was only interested in White Magic), and some very horrendous stories about a haunted recording studio in France 👻 😈 etc. It was the cool thing back then, and I remember buying a Ouija board about 80 +/- as it all blends together after 45+ yrs !!
