This is one of the better researched talks I have seen recently. Some are flimsy in their proposition, not this one. It is well worth the watch.

I was surprised with this talk, didn't think I would like it even though it was sent to me. But this man is very bright and his grasp on the brain, is, well brainy.

Thank you for your brainy insights, I applaud you while I’m sitting here surrounded by my white walls and now I know the brain fully thrives when in nature. I feel this, I know this, but I’m still sitting…

When it comes to the brain, it’s always a good to thing to hear that complexity can be simplified just by being in nature. Trees can keep you calm!

Funny clicked to watch this and a woman was sitting behind the desk on the video (so I thought) and that was the ad (boring) then I watched this, really really good and more about the brain than that ad

Hmm think about it, the brain cooridinates movement, yet we spend our time sitting while using our brain and staring at a screen. The brain excels with body movement and new processes. I better get moving. Thanks!

Hi Alma, you're spot on! from early childhood until old age we're sitting constantly. We really should rethink our whole concept of how we spend our days, from school over work to leisure.

He had some issues as it's obvious english isn't his first language, but once I got past that (stopped my brain thinking that haha) his talk was really good.
