which camera did Patrick used to vlog? I think he had used a smartphone. One suggestion for you guys if you have google photos app on your phone, there is a built in video stablizer in the app which may help you to stabilize your footage after capture. 🖒🖒🖒

Just the iphone. We use the Movie Pro app but the iphone often misses focus esp if you don't use the front facing camera.

I was once a judge of news video spots. The entrants were from the state of Ohio. The piece that got the Judges award for most creative and unique-- was exclusively shot in a Rained Out Baseball stadium in Cleveland. -- It was a brilliant piece. An empty stadium in a down pour. The FStoppers sounded like 9th graders complaining about the “weather” in this piece.-- Spend more time showing what you can do in adverse weather and less time acting like juveniles over weather you find uncomfortable. (And the Shower whine was also way over played. You guys would have never made it in any branch of the US military. Life goes on and so do photos. Weather is a state of mind. Deal with it.

Oh I wouldn't say bad weather is always a bad thing; like you said, you can get some great images in dramatic weather. Unfortunately in this location, as you can see in the video, the weather removed all visibility. The photo we would have taken would literally have been pure gray. The point wasn't to neglect interesting weather but rather to wait out the weather until you could capture something interesting....nothing interesting happened for 5 straight days.

Honestly didnt expect you guys to noob out so much with the iphone stabilization issue since you guys call yourself pro's. Theres handful of third party apps that will solve that for you.
