The way you two communicate is so refreshing. I’m a bi woman currently with a man and unfortunately we could never communicate so effectively. So nice to see you two not letting things escalate when your feelings get hurt. Hope your trip is amazing! xo

Love that you shared that vulnerable moment about feelings. You handled that so maturely. I hope there are tons of listeners that can take notes about how to acknowledge and help heal and understand each others way for handling stuff that often gets forgotten or swept under the rug to only fester!

I love watching oyu guys have conversations about your feelings on camera, that's so brave. That is one thing I definitely feel very insecure in my relationship and every conversation feels scary and I know I need to work on my communication skills, so it's great to see how you two go about it.

11:54 at the end of this convo I realized that Cammie might’ve been talking about active listening? I think? 14:34 i admire Cammie’s patience. I struggled sm w this in my last relationship and just ended up leaving. I wish I was more patient but it’s so hard to be overly considerate of someone’s emotions esp when they get defensive and wounded when you express your feelings 💔 I ended up walking on eggshells the whole time and it was blah. Love you guys and your understanding of eachother. Gives me hope.

conversation between lovers is similar in feeling to walking through your favorite nature trail on the best day of weather all year with a few butterfly’s following along OR it can be like walking to your car with groceries in your recyclable paper bag and it begins to pour rain, and now your groceries have fallen through the bag and your 3.59 Granny Smith apple is rolling underneath a backing up vehicle. 😅

This is the cosiest, most suitable setting for the podcast. Chilled vibe on couch with blankets calms me down soo much.

The earthquake ending was great 😂 I really liked to see your communication style and I strive to have something like that one day. That was really comforting to me to see people communicating like this.

Honestly, this one had me in histerics. The whole Paris Hilton voice thing. 😂 You girls are such a vibe! It's so wonderful to see how Cammie supports T with her anxiety around natural disasters. I know how Taryn feels, my hubby is convinced i manifested covid with my worries around the world ending 😐. Love your podcasts. Thanks for sharing girls 💖💖

I’m binge listening and I can actually see why Cammie is working on saying what she needs to say and not feel guilty for possibly making Taryn sad. There’s a few early episodes where I did see Cammie saying something and instantly consoling Taryn about what she said. It’s crazy because I’m actually the Taryn in my relationship and I’ve been working on it but seeing myself in someone else (in this sense) makes me so self aware of what I need to work on. I hope y’all are doing great and working it out 💗

If that's what constitutes a fight for the two of you, you'll be married for at least ten lifetimes!

You're right! The winner from each semi-final game goes on to the final to determine 1st place. Then the losers of the semi-final games go on to play a game for 3rd place. This year it was Australia v Sweden and Sweden won to take 3rd place. Vilda also used to make the Spanish players keep their doors open until he had been around and checked on them at night. The players who refused selection in protest were told they had to write a public apology to be eligible for selection again. You should also look up what happened with Hermoso as she collected her medal!

Alongside the 'bad coach' accusations, the spanish coach and the federation's president also have this really weird touchy thing going on with the players that's been raising some suspicion (some of the players' statements were regarding sexual assault, the president even non-consensually kissed one of the players during the medals distribution) which only adds up to the discontentment with Spain's win (good for the players who obviously worked really hard for it and deserved it and bad for the coach that gets a huge award added to his CV while being a POS...). Besides this somewhat bittersweet ending, the whole tournament was, and will continue to be throughout the season, amazing for the sport and key to the recognition of women's hard work! Love from Portugal :)

I could not agree with Camden more! I believe she “nonchalantly” made a comment about you ignoring her, as she didn’t want to make it a “thing”. She made it known, that she felt ignored. It’s not her responsibility, how you take that. I did notice early on in the ep, how Camden was speaking and you (Taryn) jumped to “anyway” with out hardly acknowledging what she said. I don’t by any means think it’s intentional but it happens and that’s okay. Also, after you expressed your feelings in her “passive aggressively” saying she felt ignored, it almost seemed like you were defending yourself? Like not acknowledging her concerns as well, to then again say “anywayyyy” and move onto what you have to say :( which ironically enough, I am usually a Taryn in this situation and this makes me realize that it’s important to acknowledge my partners concerns/ feelings even if I don’t always agree. I ultimately appreciated you both sharing this moment and not cutting it out. This is a real part of marriage/ relationships and you’ve allowed us to watch.🫶🏼
