Guacamole: You will need 5 large avacados 1 teaspoon salt 2 limes 5 Roma tomatoes Cilantro - a handful 4 jalapeno peppers 1.5 teaspoon minced garlic Half an orange Combine these ingredients in this order this way. Cut and scoop the avacados into a bowl. salt them and stir add juice of two large limes and stir and set aside. fine chop the cilantro (leave out if you hate cilantro) cut the roma tomatoes and remove the seeds, then dice the tomatoes core the jalapeno peppers to take out the seed pods and white meat of the pepper for mild, or leave in white meat for some heat. Fine chop the jalapenos. ADD all the cilantro, tomato, jalapeno, to the avacados and stir. Add the minced garlic and stir. Lastly, add the juice of half a large orange and stir. This will be probably the best guacamole at any van circle you attend. Your friend in Lubbock... David
