I'm 70. I was told at 18, many yrs ago before I married my late husband, I'd never have children. I was devastated. In 1974, infertility was a closet discussion. After 2 loses, & fertility drugs, I had my 1st miracle, my daughter. Ten years later after perganol, & many tears, & lots of money we had a son. Watching your story hits home. Several doctors told me we'd probably never have children. Two children, & 5 grandchildren later, waiting on 6th grandchild, the doctors were wrong, & God was right! I believe in "signs", & I remember the pictures of the angels in your hotel room months ago. And seeing the angel pic above your bed now, gave me goosebumps. Keeping you in prayer. Stay hopeful. ❣️

I was implanted with an IVF embryo in early August 2021. The 12 days before my blood test to confirm pregnancy were the longest, most anxious I think I have ever been. I genuinely thinks I would have been OK either way, but the not knowing was really hard! I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in April 2022, and now have a funny, happy and wonderful toddler. Wishing you both the same joy soon. *And I can’t believe Alessio couldn’t be in the room when the procedure was done! It’s not like it’s painful or anything… but I don’t know… it’s like the father not being in the room at conception! Alessio, that must have been hard for you. The mom’s body goes through a lot in IVF, but the dad’s nerves also are put through a lot!

Yep! We had to do suppositories and shots. My doctor gave me Zofran to help with the nausea and I found that ice packs on my head were the only way that I could keep the headaches away. I took progesterone up until week 32. I also found that a good 1 PM nap for an hour made all the difference as well for my mood and tiredness. it’s a long road mama. I did it two times so I wanted to offer my love and what worked for me. Some words of wisdom that also helped me is just remember. God is building you the perfect child, sometimes it just takes him a little bit more time. I have lost four kids one of them being an ectopic with tubal litigation (loss of tube) and the other being still born at 23 weeks. There is so much hope for you! I have the most amazing three year-old feisty little boy now. Holy cow!!! Double rainbows were a huge sign for us. Prayers!!! This one’s it!!! Listen to Rainbow by Kasey Musgraves. Be sure they check your cervix to be sure it’s competent and that you don’t need a cervlages

Praying for a successful transfer and healthy bab(ies) and mom! I had the progesterone shots. My (squeamish) husband did great. The gage needle is bigger, but you know what? I don't even remember the process! Because I was rewarded with a beautiful baby girl that will be 25 in the Fall. 2 years later a natural healthy baby boy! Many many blessings!! 🙏🙏🙏

I was looking on the Catholic calendar to see if any special saint day on the 18th, it is St Camillus de Lellis, he was a priest, interesting start in life, but he was interested in helping and serving the sick, so that's kind of like your problem with the female issues you've fought with so, even though I am not catholic and don't pray to saints, it may bring comfort to either of you if you are Catholic. Praying so hard this little life is viable and healthy is all ways.

Also, I have to take so many different types of meds with me and the easiest thing to do is ask your physician to write on a script pad or letterhead what you’re taking and there should be no issues as they can easily reference the medical staff member, where they practice and that’s the meds are obviously for legitimate medical necessity and not to sell for $$.
