I can’t wait to see Heidi doing a video of you after vasectomy. I worked for a doctor who went during lunch to get his done and intended on seeing Pediatric patients after. An hour later I found him in his office with his legs spread and a giant ice pack between them. He looked up, kind of pale, and all he could utter was “the lidocaine wore off”😂

Mom of 5 here - last pregnancy ended in emergency c-section, where I thankfully had my tubes tied. We weren't exactly ready to say "we're done", however, we went from 3 kids to 5 in one shot, and were told the next pregnancy, if we had one, would likely be another multiple. Um, yeah, maybe we're done, lol. Adding more kids means you just learn to manage the chaos a bit better, lol. More noise, diapers, wipes, laundry, food, messes, and more hugs, kisses, snuggles, and cuddles. It all works out 🥰💗

We're pregnant with #4 and due in July! Feeling the baby move is the best feeling! I'm definitely going to miss it. We're also done after 4. You are very right that you just kind of figure it out and being nervous before the new addition is totally normal. We debated going for 4, and there are days I still wonder what we were thinking, but I also look forward to the new little one.

Heidi getting the pregnancy brain fog at the end had me rolling. I'm not sure its really a thing, but I remember my wife having issues with her train of thought during pregnancy. I also like the thought of going elsewhere to get busy. My wife and I once took the car for a drive and found a nice dark area to be alone and watch the stars. Yeah, stargazing...from the back seat in a hard top car. Sometimes you just got to go with the moment.

I am 58. I miss being pregnant. I had it easy. No morning sickness and only gained about 25 pounds with first two. With my last one I only gained 15 pounds. They were all healthy. I miss having little ones. 💜I have 3 grown sons and no grandchildren yet. Enjoy every single second you have with your babies. They really do grow up fast. We have 3 kids and I'm loving the stages we are in as a family. Life is easier when all the kids can buckle and unbuckle themselves. Get themselves in and out of the car. They all have chores and can get themselves dressed and it's a beautiful thing. I told my husband I still want to be young when they all move out of the house! I also refuse to give up a full night's sleep anymore. 😅

Heres a few tidbits for the vasectomy script. 1. Had to have an ultrasound down there afterward. This sweet little old grandma came in to do it and just move everything around where she needed it. 2. So loopy from the drugs beforehand. 3. You have an excuse to not do any work at all for days after. 4. Two words that came out of my doctor's mouth. "testicular torsion" Can't wait to see the video!
