Hello from the UK. Beautiful house, love the rooms, loft and basement with washing room. You need to purchase baby safety gate for the stairs for Marcello before you move in for his safety. The stairs are steep and hard you must ensure when you are at home he stays in one area of the house. You can put some concrete slabs in the garden for Marcello to walk on until he gets used to the grass. Or make a separate area with swing etc with a child safe flooring. Best of luck the move. ❤

Hello Annette and Slavi. The house is big but you know it's not a home until you furnish and decorate it and move in . You and Slavi will have to do a lot of child-proofing for Marcelo especially with the windows and doors. You should change the door handles to door knobs. You can also put latches on the doors and windows high enough so he can't reach them. Anyway, it's going to be exciting to follow you along every step of the way. Nice house...so good that it's full of light for those grey winter days...are the floors heated? Beautiful foyer and powder room as you enter. You're probably going to have to put a light tinted plexiglass door at the top of the basement stairs and something for the bottom of the third floor stairs and the top of the 2nd floor stairs because of the open staircase. Maybe you can close the back of the risers with plexiglass so they still let the light through and be easier to clean. Love the back patio. That garden down to the summer area may need a safety fence for Marcelo. So much storage is great. We'll all give you ideas since we've seen it before you move in. I notice Germany doesn't have a walk-in closet like the USA in the master. Congratulations.

I Love your New Home, it's so Beautiful. You can put a long table in the laundry room to fold Clothes on. Then put a Clothes Line in there, for Clothes that Don't dry, just hing it on the Line to Air Dry. Just my suggestion. You can also make a veggie garden also Little Anne.
