Hila is incredible. She went from being the person behind the camera and hating being on screen in any capacity, to being such a great co-host, fashion designer, and business owner. Ethan can be a bit relentless at time but she doesn’t take it personally. She’s confident but humble, but my absolute favorite thing about her is the way she advocates for others, especially women. She speaks up for them constantly, and when she speaks she does so with such purpose and intent that people listen. I know we all have so many favorites on the show, but Hila is a genuine inspiration, a voice of both compassion and reason. What an incredible human being.

This is by far one of my favorite episodes, if not probably number one. Also, I agree with Hila about the stinky feet comment. About 9 years ago I was dating this guy (my first serious relationship) and we spent all day walking around the Strip in 115 degree heat. When we got back to the hotel room and kicked my shoes off and in front of 6 of our friends he told me my feet stunk and that I should go wash them off. I'll never forget how embarrassed I felt to this day. We dated for 5 years after that, and his feet reeked every single day and I never said a damn word. So Josh, if you're reading this from heaven, I still remember that, fucker.

With Theodore, sometimes older siblings can regress when a new baby arrives, so doing things with him like “hey you’re a big kid so we get to do x (idk go for ice cream or play a game)” or asking him for “help” (with supervision) with the baby is super helpful as he views himself as the big brother and as a big boy. I’ve found that helps!
