My favorite horror movie is Texas Chainsaw massacre from 1974. I also like magdalena possessed by the devil also from 1974. My favorite movie is craig denneys the astrologer which was playing on youtube until it recently got taken down for copyright issue due to moody blues music.

The first horror movie I remember seeing when I was 5 or 6 was The Blob (58). I watched it late at night alone on a color T.V. & it did scare me. Since horror movies are my favorite genre along with sci-fi, it's going to be very tough choosing just 5 but here it goes. 1-Night Of The Living Dead (68) 2-Horror High 3-Horror Express 4-The Shining (80) 5-Alien. I tried choosing movies you guys didn't pick but Night Of The Living Dead is a must.

Excellent selection of horror movies lads, top classics. Especially Nightmare on Elm Street, the first and third. Are the best of the freddy movies. Night of the living dead and Dawn of the dead, best zombie movie ever made. Couple of other movies, you both should check out. Bit ott but really good The Ebola Syndrome and, Meat Grinder is really gory and makes movies like Saw look like Babe lol. Love your choices of horror movies great taste, perfect for all year watching anytime 😊
