I really enjoy radishes around a roast…. I didn’t mention to my husband what they were…. He thought they were potatoes 😂

Having worked at red lobster for 5 years and gaining 5lbs a year eating those biscuits I can tell you it’s the scampi butter on top that makes the difference, basically clarified butter, salt, parmesan, parsley, and maybe a little lemon. Yum! I loved them with ranch dressing or Cesar.

Drop Biscuits 2 c flour 4 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 5 tbsp softened butter 3/4 c milk + 1 to 2 tbsp more if needed Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in butter till butter pieces are pea sized. Stir in mix. Mixture will be softer/wetter than regular biscuit dough. Drop by large spoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450' for 12 minutes.
