Visited there last week….Very interesting, full of History, very well done and preserved…..could almost hear troops and days past in the hallways and rooms…..

One of the most beautiful views atop the fort looking toward the ocean. So glad they had access to the bible and spiritual nourishment.

New Bedford ,Massachusetts has Fort Taber . Its built in the ground on the oceanfront . Its a leftover from the 1812 British invasion.
