The North Indian people were mad that you guys didnt try their authentic breakfasts.. and the South Indians were mad you guys didnt get correct instructions on how to eat it (you guys were told to eat papad dipped in rasam.. it's as crazy as asking someone to dip chips in meringue) .. The guy accompanying the youtuber really knew where to take him. Sharma's tea and samosa or butter bun...perfect start to the day, was next to my coaching classes, our daily breakfast. The biryani was probably Idrees biryani...one of, if not, the best anywhere. Fun fact: except the basket chaat, you can actually get everything else in literally an area of roughly 2 sq. km. The area is called Chowk. It's a foodies heaven.

Lucknawi here.. It really is a food haven, and has something for everyone. Especially Vegetarian food is so underrated!! Lucknow also is an arts and culture haven and known for its 'tehzeeb' (good manners and refinement) and 'nazaakat' (delicacy and finesse) - you can't miss it when you visit.

You're right about the kababs in Calcutta as well. These kababs are quite famous in Calcutta as well as the erstwhile ruler of lucknow Nawab Wajid Ali Shah was exiled to Calcutta, and he took his cooks along with him. They're the ones credited to the introduction of mughlai food in Calcutta and the addition of potato to the Calcutta biriyani as well.

Kerala has the bestest food in d world...not just India...and d variety is mind blowing for non veg dishes...be it chicken, beef ,mutton, variety of fishes, prawns , mussels, crabs for Kerala being a coastal state, duck , pork wat not which no other state can claim..each having different variations in Christian style or muslim style or even region wise variations..Kerala has had exposure (trading via sea) to middle East and the far East countries even before the British and also d first European landed was in Kerala so u know y it is so vibrant 😋😋😋❤️
