Out of Bounds Secrets and Discoveries in Sports Story

Using a couple of glitches I was able to fully explore the out of bounds area inside the mall in Sports Story. The "dev room" discovery caught some attention, but there was loads more waiting to be seen.

Damn, so devastating to see a glimpse of what the game could have been. Clearly this descended into an absolute nightmare for the dev team, somehow. Golf Story was so incredible and I've still enjoyed Sports Story, at times, but I've been softlocked and had the game crash close to ten times losing a a heap of progress.

Thank you for sharing this! I really didn't believe this was real until I tried it myself. The dev room is absolutely heartbreaking. They all had different visions. Some felt that the final product didn't resemble the initial vision. How sad :(

What happens if you take the 4th floor key to the hotel - does it actually work?

Nothing seemed to change. I tried talking to the elevator guy and pressing the elevator button multiple times but everything appeared as normal.

I'm no glitch hunter so just gonna comment here and see if you can do anything with it in Britannia one time just past the entrance to the "main" cavern with all the people/workers and stuff (so I was like level with the beds but over to the right of the entrance), my camera kinda bugged to the point that I could see downward beyond where it usually stops, and there was some shit going on out of bounds there. All I remember for sure was seeing a guy and a "switch". So this was out of bounds south of that entrance

It wasn't until I left and re-entered that I realized I wasn't even supposed to be seeing beyond the wall and it must've been bugged. Idk if that interests you, also just makes me wonder if every area has unfinished/cut content out of bounds

That's really interesting, so far I haven't seen anyone get out of bounds in Britannia. Do you know what caused the camera to bug out?

@@tendog sadly I don't, I didn't even realize it was bugged till I re-entered. I thought the switch was maybe gonna do something if I hit it cuz I could shoot a ball right at it. They guy and the switch are pretty close to where "out of bounds" starts, and I can't remember but thought I saw something else.

I'm on the Nintendo switch. I'm almost out with box at door but I'm caught by invisible barrier right when I come back to room. If I push box closer I spawn behind box. I got it 👍 the box was just slightly to far left! Thanks brother 🙏
