I had 80w in my shocks,,,but now that it’s getting colder,,I’m going to go to a lighter oil,,8w doesn’t flow so good when it gets cold 🇺🇸👈

You should customise your shock setup to your own preference depending on your style and running surface. Ive not used my arrma in the cold yet so not sure how the oil will react. I will keep an eye on it and will report back. Thx for the support 🙏. Stay tuned for more 😉 👍

Are the Kraton 8s shock bladders the same as in 1/5 Kraton 8s exb?

Hi Edwin. I'm not 100% sure but I'm going to compare as I have both rigs. Unboxing coming this week. I assume they are the same.

I know this is old, but how much shock fluid was used to fill all 4

Hi buddy. Yeah it was a while ago but let me see if I can figure it out. I will let you know soon.

One bottle of team factory will fill 4 of these shocks ☺

Do not save your old oil unless it was used inna shock with new seals for a very short time. It does get dirty (thats what wears out the seals) and it loses viscosity over time and use just like motor oil. Its an expensive toy, don't cheap out.

Thx buddy. That's sound advice. 👌 at the time I just got into the hobby and my maintenance parts were at a minimum. So i could bring myself to throw it away. Now I'm well stocked and have the full range of brand new oils available for tuning.🙂
