@@OutdoorChefLife - Exactly. I think you're greatly appreciated, but people have to remember that this is not television, with limited program options. There are literally millions of creators from all over the world and getting noticed is combination of chance and quality content. If your content has an audience, people will discover you, just as I did - looking for of all thing "Japanese artisans." Plus, I follow one baker who is Japanese, so you turned up because of the content I already subscribe to.

There is a movie from 2000 called Groove. It's about the events at a rave one night. In it a guy that puts on these clandestine parties says he doesn't do it for money, he does it for "The Nod". At least once every party someone will say "Thank you for doing this. I needed this." and they nod to him and he nods back understanding. When the gentleman asked to shake your hand that movie moment with "The Nod" is what I thought of and it made me happy. 😊 Thanks

I'm surprised the seabirds don't dive onto the boats for an easy grab. I'd go crazy with all those birds flying overhead. You're brave and you have a good sea stomach with all that bobbing up and down on the very edge of the boat. I hope one day I can have fresh sushi, just made and it'd be an extra treat if the cook is Japanese for a really authentic experience.

"Knife is Life" There was a local Japanese grocery store (Mitsuwa Marketplace) that was relocating and they were having a closing sale with everything 25% off. I remember they had a few knives made in Japan on sale. They were from $60-$120 +25% off. Looking at your video makes me regret not buying a few of them while they were on sale. with that being said, my all time favorite knife has to be my Nakiri, hands down. Mad Love!!!
