Always love these videos!!! Tuesdays are the best days on KZbin! This channel was one of my main inspirations to come to NZ, just got a van and will be fishing, spearfishing and cooking everything I catch! Living the dream for a couple months. That steamed snapper looked soft,juicy and was a lovely mix with Jocelyn's dish. I especially liked your smoking of the kina. I must try that some time. We like to have it on vowels toast with creamy blue vain cheese, advacado, lime or lemon and black grounded pepper. Very yummy. Again great content with a special touch of Taku flare.

The scale could be in KG's rather than lbs, but tbh it doesn't look 5kgs either, looks more like 3.5-4kgs, it's a healthy fish but a chunky 70 is 5, that looks a lot smaller.

Yes, sea urchin, kina, uni… it’s all the same but since I’m in New Zealand, I’m calling them “kina” because that’s what it’s called here.

Aloha. Uni is the gonads of sea urchins, vanna, or kenna, and I’m sure of many other names I’m not familiar with. I try them every 5 years, just to make sure I still don’t like them.
