Gosh what a nightmare that was. When you and your team finish all anyone has to do is throw out grass seed and they will have grass. I’ve watched other transformations but they pale in comparison to the jobs you take on. Beautiful work and it’s absolutely amazing the difference is before and after. The whole neighborhood has to appreciate it. You and your team deserve every blessing in the new year

Bamboo is such a noxious plant. It sends out root runners 75 to 100 feet from each plant so it ends up spreading everywhere (like every neighbors' yard). It is extremely hard to completely eradicate too for the same reason.

I’m here in Japan and I know what you mean about bamboo. But I have noticed in other properties with ramped bamboo forests on them …. with bamboo as thick as your thigh, _the bamboo will start to give up_ if you keep cutting it down relentlessly. But it does not give up. You have to keep at it. But I have seen some fair results from doing that.

Eric behind the statue to the right in back of it is a type of Bamboo the other plant that burns is called a Pyracantha latin name the common name is fire thorn. The sap causes an instant burning sensation. These plants are very common in Asian Buddhist Temples. They grow twenty to thirty feet high and can take over a garden very quickly. Their extremely hard to get rid off once establishes.

Erik, this is an incredible project to knock down all this overgrowth. The combo brush hog and shredder vehicle you are using is just awesome and able to tackle some of the heaviest growth. It must have taken many years for this once-good-looking garden to get in this condition, but your hard work has improved this property a lot. Really well done and really good teamwork too.❤❤😊😊

That would have driven me batty. I don't even like seeing when my lawn gets shaggy looking after a week to a week and a half. My next door neighbor didn't mow her lawn for a month one year, and I got so sick of looking at it, that I went over and mowed it myself. How people in that neighborhood could let a yard get to the point that it is swallowing up everything is beyond me. Thank you for trying to make the place look more inhabitable.
