This goes to everyone: The pandemic's tough and we're all trying our best. Don't be too harsh on yourself; if you haven't been able to change your clothes or shower recently, that's okay. The pandemic isn't a very normal situation, so it's unfair to expect yourself to function the way you might ordinarily. Especially for my people with mental disorders. Life is already a struggle for us outside of the pandemic, and it makes sense that it's going to be extra tough now. Try to take care of yourself as best as you can, but if you don't have the energy to do that, it's okay! There's no pressure! Just remember that we'll get through this. The pandemic *will* end eventually. All of you guys are loved.

Well I am obviously some kind of freak, I have been dressing the same as I have since I have gotten home from the hospital. In 2016 My 268 day stint interned in our local hospitals gave me the desire to dress everyday and I have not squandered my time out! Even if I just stay home, being immune compromised I am not willing to bet my life on going out! I just dress everyday like a regular joe! Yep even changing everyday too! You can do whatever you want, but for me I gotta dress the best way for me. I have not seen anyone but my wife but I still dress to impress? Me? I work from home. Usually in whatever I find on the floor. For multiple days in a row. When my office issued web cams for zoom team meetings after my 11th month at home, I just thought, "oooohhhhhhhshhhhiiiitttttttttttt..." so, baseball hat with a ponytail and fleece jacket it is!

Making sure I get fully dressed and showered each day (or as close to each day as I can lol) has helped my depression and anxiety immensely. I'm also home nearly constantly and only really around the bf so I get feeling like it's not worth the effort some days lol! I can't explain to you how much that routine has helped me feel better and stay motivated though. It also makes days that I stay in pj's/home only comfy clothes specifically restful and actually feeling like a break. Routines no matter how small really really help with a lot of health stuff but are super hard to keep up with. I also wear lots of miss matched socks hahaha
