I have this feature on my 2024 SEL. I dont like to use it because it leaves you blind for something or somebody might be on the left or right rear of your view.it only focus down below your sides to see the curb.thats why i put the wide angle view mirror (stick-ON) on the lower edge of my mirror (i always put this circle wide angle mirror on all my cars for 2 decades now) which is best and better view all around your sides+rear and your rear wheels,to avoid scratching your wheels (especially if you have custom rims).preventing your view to just focus on one spot,just like this feature does. We want our side mirrors steady all the time and by adding this wide angle circle mirror on the lower edge below the blind spot monitoring light.this also helps for blindspot view.you see the incoming car first before the BSMS starting to warn you (lights on).its a simple and cheap addition but should be standard for all cars for safety.

My Camaro did this. I probably hate the mirror function because I didn't originally learn to drive this way. Lol. Actually it makes my reverse driving convenience worse.

Quite often this feature doesn't help.. It also depends where the driver is parking and reversing all the time. If there is lots of parallel parking, passenger side fold down could be very convenient.

How to turn on side mirrors heater … does it have one ??? They said mirrors are heated … Question 2. Also, dealer said wireless charger is not working… has some factory issue … any solutions ??

Side mirrors turn on with together with the rear defroster. So just hit the defroster button and mirrors will defrost as well! Yes.. the wireless charger is little tricky to use and cuts out quite a but, I've noticed. As far as I know there is no fix yet but I'm sure one will come soon.

The mirrors are featured with heating system how we should know that the heating is activated

Heated mirrors activate automatically with rear window defroster button. You will notice them working when they are wet, fogged up, frosted etc.

Guten tag! :) So the push to start button is standard on all trim levels for the Outlander. But the key less entry is standard only starting SE trim level (next one up from base ES).

Its a feature that cannot be turn off.i only like my side mirrors to fold when i needed it.because the more it folds is the more wear & tear to the motor which eventually will fail in the near future.so i wished theres a shut off button for this feature.
