Outlook 2016: Part 2 (Advanced Meeting Response Options)

Outlook provides you with the option to turn off request responses; however, if you need a less severe solution, you can set up a rule to manage responses. (Meeting Responses, Meeting Response Management, Meeting Response Rule, The Tracking Command)

thank for demonstrating such a usefull steps, but adding to that, how can i send an automatic notification to accepted group and declined group immediately when i receive any response request you to please explain indetail... thanks
