Working at a high volume dealership I have driven several variants of the macan, the 4cyl versions are still very fast compared to most of its competition. People absolutely buy a base Macan, it’s still pretty spicy and looks great inside and out for the money- we sold them used pretty regularly.

Are the carbon fiber aerodynamic wheels that are there as an option. Will they impact the range/efficiency to be worth adding to spec? Or how much difference in range eill it impact? Hope you understand what I'm trying to ask. Hehe

@@KyleConner Where did the +10000 USD number come from (it shows more on the website)? Is it minus equipment differences? The thing I hear is that the motors are the same, just derated for the Macan 4. 😲

I have to make a decision on BMW i7 or Macan Turbo. Which one would you take for a daily driver?

You mention that the Macan EV is a comfortable cruiser and a perfect daily driver. The Porsche engineering VP you interviewed claimed it has an unusually wide range of "comfortable to sporty," which to me is high value. Yet Thomas of Autogefühl in his review asserted that the Macan EV does not do both comfort and sport and can only be considered a sporty car.

Kyle- Wish you would comment on the price/quality comparison for your Tesla S Plaid with all of its rattles, and build quality issues and the HP and range versus the Porsche build quality and its HP and range

Quick question; is Porsche going to be delivering customer cars in North America with the NACS (J3400) chargers port? It has ports on each side, so Porsche can put the NACS on the drivers side and put the CCS port on the passenger side. That way you can get D/C or A/C on either side as needed. That would make the Porsche Macan the most versatile EV for charging right of the assembly line. What an advantage that would be. You have the ability to speak with the Porsche engineers. I would make that suggestion.

Agree that adding one pedal driving as an OTA update would be a sweet value add OR even if it was for a $$ upgrade it would sell (like Tesla does for the 2K boost purchasable in the app).
