So cool to see the interest of the little kids while you were filming! I have experienced bewilderment and amazement at the park from passersby when I've taken my clubs and rings to work out there, which is pretty cool when you think about it =)

The snipers of the U.K. security force, stationed on the roofs of the buildings surrounding the Houses of Parliament, must have been watching you! I've had to stop using clubs at the gym, even though I always tried to keep a safe distance from others, because I've had a few close calls with careless people walking in to the path of the club. >_____

Mark, what is the best approach? To do a series of multiple club movements with the same ‘lead’ hand for each movement (e.g. right hand on top for all movements) followed by a second round of the same exercises with the left hand on top as the lead hand. Or, is it better to alternate lead hands for each individual movement? For example, Inside Circle with the right hand on top immediately followed by Inside Circle with the left hand on top? I hope the question makes sense. Thanks

Hi Mark, I was thinking about purchasing your two-handed club program and noticed that there isn’t one for single or dual clubs. I was wondering… Can the same structure of the two-handed program be also used to progress in single and dual clubbing?

@@saoc8800 Seemed minor to me. I've heard other people say Black and Tans instead of "All Blacks" by accident. And I'm sure the British Army and the War of Independence would have been on his mind, considering where he had visited. The Irish have beaten both, after all. Main difference is that we cheer the All Blacks when they visit our stadiums. Where as the Black and Tans brought tanks and shot up the crowd.
