Pretty much all of the ways that you can kills Soders are horrifying, especially because he cannot run, and that leaves him completely at your mercy (or lack thereof) for the entire mission. Hell, one way you can kill him is by literally just getting into his sight in your suit. He literally dies from shock when he recognizes you.

For MAXIMUM "horror movie" - you can actually turn ON the fan next to the rocking chair before he comes in, which will make the rocking chair move (due to the wind from the fan) - but an already stressed out Caruso will see the moving chair and think it's the spirit of his mother which will be too much for him causing him to faint.

It's that the targets themselves are pretty easy to take care of, but the virus is a major aggravation if you don't know to get the laptop dongle off the woman who goes to visit the corpse in the mortuary by the church. I didn't know that the first time. The two target kills were nice and clean, but destroying the virus screwed me majorly. Ended up with 3 non-target kills (two were entirely accidental since I didn't realize the box I put them in had some sort of toxic chemical in it. Whoops. One was definitely on purpose via a screwdriver because I was fully panicking by that point and just wanted to exit the mission) and got seen by everyone in that lab. I've gotten the 5 star SA rating for it since then (on Professional, not Master yet), but only because I knew about the laptop security dongle to remotely destroy the virus. So even with the good result I have a lot of resentment for that level. By contrast, Colorado is one of my favorite missions. Chongqing can do one though; I hate that one the most.

Burning Zoe alive on the Isle of Sgail mission is definitely a rough one. Also there's the wonderful Final Destination energy of pushing Robert Knox onto the racetrack right in front of Sierra's car, causing her to crash and die as well.

@@DanStaal I did that one without fully realizing what it would do. His reaction afterwards... The dude just accidentally murdered his own daughter. There's some questionable kills in hitman, but that one felt absolutely awful. Making a guy unknowingly kill his daughter, then freak out when he realized what he did, was one of those moments where I just stopped and went "am I the baddie?"

Another good one: the fugu. Tetradotoxin causes muscle paralysis, including the diaphragm (aka the thing that moves your lungs). Completely paralyzed, unable to move or call for help as you suffocate in a room full of people who wont realize what's wrong in time to save you

(Pose as a chef, prepare the order for the target, taint the thing with a poison or strike the toxin sack and finish preparing the Fugu, now let the wait staff serve it, change into either new disguise or your suit after you finish the Fugu because they're gonna realize what happened just quite a bit too late.)

The Steam Room kill is actually a callback to a level from the original Hitman: Codename 47 (and later Contracts) that sees 47 do the same thing. And the reason he stays at the door is to hold it closed since there *shouldn’t* be a way to lock it from outside for exactly that reason.

My personal favorite comes from Absolution (I know, but stay with me) when you spike an experimental baldness cure with chemicals, causing a scientist to set his own head on fire before falling off a balcony. In fact most of the unique kills from that level were pretty horrifying

Since 47 is unable to feel much emotion, while they are friends, he would never marry her. Let alone have feelings for her. Watch Hitman 4 make them fall for each other. I know it. I'm always wrong.

A personal favorite of mine is in Dubai, where you forcefully cause an evacuate for the targets, take out the helicopter pilot so they have to fall back on their second escape plan to freefall off the building, and then sabotage their parachutes to send them plummeting 50+ stories to their doom. Of course, this kill goes around to being hilarious if you place comedic banana peels at the dropoff spots so they slip off and die instead.

Another spooky one from Hokkaido, if you go into the level with an actual suit, and make your to Erich Soders, you can appear at the foot of the operating table. 47 showing up scares Soders so much that he dies on the spot from freight. Not really an official sort of kill, but setting literally everyone (even the Hereld in the basement) on fire by walking around as the scarecrow on Colorado is very Horror movie.

Best place to start for that kill is in the morgue as one of the cadavers downstairs from the operating theater Soders is in. I also have to give kudos to the kill method where you drug the guy whose supposed to be operating on Soders and help him find out Soders killed his dad and the guy throws his hippocratic oath out the window.

Actually on the Beyond the Grave story, you can let him be fully panicked and pass out... I usually go on a grimmer way to kill him by taking his unconscious body into the shredder near his mother grave just to add more horror into it (it's a challenge to do this with SA rank, but I've done it).

Jane's Hitman:Patient Zero where she has to gruesomely hunt down almost everyone in the level. Also Jane's deathtrap poison room in which several NPCs are lured into a room trying to help one of the many NPCs already dying in the room. Either one of those would get my vote. ;)

Honestly, the race car double cross is pretty brutal. The guy you killed with the eyedrops wants another driver dead. You can push him off the roof and hit his daughter's car, killing them, or pose as his saboteur, rig his daughter's car with a bomb, and watch in delight as he falls to his knees after he watches his daughter die when he flicks the switch. THEN push him off the roof.

I agree with most of this list, though I personally found drilling Soders with the malfunctioning medical equipment a bit more horrifying than the sauna kill. But both are gruesome in their own right

The one that really make me wonder if Agent 47 is doing okay, is getting Robert Knox to blow up Sierra's car. Making a parent kill their child is next level unhinged. At that point killing Robert is a mercy so he doesn't have to live with the guilt

I guess any time that you play one of those games, the character gets as creepy as you are, in batman arkham asylum you can take the enemies stealthy, but leave them out for others to see, the other baddies get really freaked out when they see that they are the last one and they can be taken down at any moment, some times they even shoot blindly at dark spots, in manhunt you can carry a head of an enemy and throw it so others can hear it and see it, in manhunt 2 you can execute an enemy on a spot in that others can see you, oddly enough they just let you kill their friend while they puke, you get discovered but its worth it.

Here's an honorable mention: Jordan Cross. In Club 27, one of the mission stories involves disguising yourself as a cook, and delivering a cake topper to Jordan's surprise party. For a bit of context, Jordan has a strained relationship with his father, Thomas Cross. Despite this, Thomas still had the kitchen staff of the Hotel bake a special cake for his son's birthday. When you bring the cake topper, you can poison the cake to kill Jordan. When he eats the poisoned cake and starts to die, his last words and thoughts are about his dad, believing his own father wanted to kill him.

Sad to see nothing from the older games - although not a horror kill exactly, in the Hitman: Contracts level "The Meat King's Party", you can optionally kill Malcolm Sturrock, a man who killed the contractor's daughter, in a room full of blood and air fresheners, which is just _one part_ of a level that looks like a deleted scene from Se7en

What about Erich Soders? You got a couple horror movie ways to take him out. You got walking up to his table to say hi and giving him a heart attack, you can access the surgical unit and drain out all his blood, you can access another surgical unit with poison stem cells and fill him to the brim with the stuff, Or my personal favorite, corrupt the hospital AI to ruthlessly stab Soders to death on the operating table.

How about just destroying his donor heart? What are they going to do? Wake him up to tell "sorry, but your heart-to-be was destroyed in mysterious circumstances" or just keep him in coma until his heart fails? If he is woken up he knows who was there, but it can't be proven.

As an added bonus, if you leave the steam long enough, the room will burst and explode, sending the whole hospital into a confused panic while they check for the source of the explosion
