Soooo correct me if I'm wrong here, but wasn't the whole Fortnite dance lawsuit _not_ about the dance moves themselves, and more about the way the dance moves were executed? From what I heard, what people were suing them over was that they believed that the animations had been rotoscoped from recordings of the dancers performing the dances, syncing up so well that it matched the individual frames, without asking for permission or giving them credit.
