Outstanding National Bison Range - Highlights - near Missoula, Montana MT

Established in 1908, The 18,500-acre range was created to support a population of American bison. The refuge is over 100 years old and one of the oldest in the nation. It is home to about 350-500 bison. Other large wildlife found on the Range includes elk, white-tail and mule deer, pronghorn antelope, bighorn sheep, black bear, coyote, and ground squirrels. Over 200 species of birds also call this home including eagles, hawks, meadowlarks, bluebirds, ducks, and geese.
These scenes were captured with Canon Vixia HF S100 and HF G60 cameras. Editing was accomplished with Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve.
