I’ve been struggling with ovarian cysts since I had my child in 2015. I had no idea I had them until 2017 when I ended up in the hospital and had to have emergency surgery to get them drained. They always come back and I had to have that surgery for a second time in 2019. I was okay but I know I still had them but it wasn’t painful until the end of 2022. I want to heal myself and I’ve tried the diet restrictions and it didn’t help and it made me feel weak, so bad to the point where I couldn’t even sit for long periods of time at work and I had to quit my job. I still can’t work to this day because it’s a pain that I just can’t get through. I just turned 28 in October and I just hasn’t to be happy and healthy and to feel like my age and be able to do the things I love. Please help me 😢

My nervous system is on overdrive my teeth from the grinding look terrible I do have a mouth guard. My doctor is not listening to me that I believe I need my ovary out he says it will burst on its own. Hi, I am not sure that a cyst could cause you to vomit. That sounds more like hormonal imbalance. A doctor would need to advise about your prolapse. Sorry I can't help there and sorry you are struggling. I had a subtotal hysterectomy at 38, 1 and half years ago due to endometriosis. Not long after that they discovered another cyst in my remaining ovary. The pain has been excruciating I have been on morphine and fentanyl patches now on tramadol. Hi ladies, I have a problem. I’m 21 and I got an ovarian cyst for the first time back in March that was 5.7 cm/ 4.8cm. It slowly took care of itself. My gynecologist asked me if I wanted to go on birth control but I declined. I got a CT scan yesterday and they said I have another ovarian cyst on the same ovary, similar in size. They want me to get an ultrasound to get a closer look. I have been in pain since July so I’ve had it for about a month. I was also recently informed that I have a Unicornuate uterus Aside from recently I am an active person; love lifting weights, running, mobility exercises, walks, etc. my diet is very clean. I always cook my meals with clean ingredients. I never eat out. I used to enjoy a glass of wine on occasions but stopped. I plan on having children someday. Ever since I found out about the UU, I wonder if this means I would have a better chance at having healthy children if I start earlier than I plan to. What my nurse told me that is if it’s less than 5 cm, it would go away on its own for sure, if it’s 10 cm or more, it definitely needed surgery to get removed, and if it’s somewhere in between 5 and 10, then it might go away and it might not, either way see a doctor ASAP!! Especially if you have any pain in your left side go to the ER immediately

I had over 40 cysts (both ovaries) 10cm plus…..my doctor couldn’t get them all, but was able to get quite a few. For the rest I have been drinking beet juice, mixed with acv and unsulphured blackstrap molasses and little by little they are dissolving, and they are all well over 10cm. The pain is going away as well. I wish I’d done this before doing the surgery. It was a pointless and expensive ($63k my insurance paid all but $240 which was good) surgery since I still had all of the pain.

I've been to a doctor a couple of years ago and I know I have cysts. What I am overthinking about is being afraid of one of cysts bursting and needing surgery. Or a bad one (cancer type) growing/forming. I had cyst for quite a while and all of them went away on their own. Last half a year I had periods every month. But they came back again. I didn't have my period for a month now and I'm having abdominal pain. (Not severe, just like regular menstrual cramps, just different spot in my body. Doctor said it can hurt on the side or the lower pelvic area. That's where I get the pain). Unfortunately, for some personal circumstances and family difficulties, I cannot simply visit a doctor again. I'm afraid it could go bad, even though I know they typically go away in 2-3 months. This time I'm having a slightly stronger pain, yet again, it is not that bad. I've watched a ton of videos overtime and researched a lot about ovarian cysts. And with endometriosis, or bad cysts (cancer ones) for example, it's severe pain, not regular, like mine. So I'm mostly sure the thing I'm going through is natural, yet I'm still afraid. One answer I don't seem to find which I'm curious about that could help me understand myself better is.. does it hurt when a cyst is bursting/disolving/going away (however you name it) or when it grows? I just hope I get my period soon to feel a bit relieved. I never had it happen longer than 3 months, I think. Which is typically normal and natural for the cysts that form and go away on their own. Anyone who may has anything to add to this or comment about all this or share their experience, are welcome to in the replies.

Hi, I have 1 ovary with an ovarian dermoid cyst. I have already conceived and since stopping the pill and being hormone free my body is like clockwork. Regular periods and ovulation tracked with my BBT. 2 months ago I was on antibiotics and also had a low dose of a cortisol shot due to a bout of illness. Since then I’ve had irregular periods and haven’t ovulated, my doctor said my body would get back to normal in about 3-6 months but I’m just worried as I have one ovary left with the cyst.
