2019 June ko project Lapes hua tha developers ne extension lya 2021apr Mein 18 mount aur 6 mounts force major clause 24 month ka extension Mila 2024 apr. Fir Kuch bi work nahi hua aur fir se extension lya 2024 may ko both time developers ne flat purchaser aur rehab old tenents ki consent lya lekin Maha rera ne Abhi tak koi action nahi lya 2024 dec ko project registration Lapes hogaye a bit not work only 16 floor construction last since 2010 yrs. Appellate tribunal Mein appeal kerke adv ko manage kerke keel raha hai 2 recovery warrant issue hua fir bi developers false extension mil Jata hai aur Rera officer kerte hai hum ko Kya pata rehab tenents ka consent hai. Mere pas sab documents hai agar koi insaan ke liye complaint kerta hai I will do Payable charges but remedies kya hogi builder per pehele details Mein samjaye
