1/10/23, 7:13pm EST I'm 64, just finished, tired and feeling really good. A little winded but good. I really like this and going to keep it up. Thank you so very much for this. Just got a new folding chair to use for workouts and this fits my needs. Being that I'm just starting I will try to update you on my progress. Very happy and excited!! so, which muscles do the wall pushups save? obviously not the important ones. so, the sit-to-stand stops muscle loss to the knees, what about the other muscles? and NO, the wall pushup and sit-to-stand will NOT work all the muscles in the body.
