I am 73 doing intermittent fasting since last august lost 14 kg but going to the gym building muscles and walking as much as I can ,got a problem with loose skin but I hope eventually get better with time and effort ,thank you for this video 🙏

I'm Sold, I'm a night nurse, and I've Just started the sit to stand squats, WOW I had No Pain thank G-d, but noticed the Weakness right away, I'm most definitely out of shape at the moment, However I'm Super excited about starting a mild Safe workout that I can actually do during the Down time at work (Win/Win) I'm Sold on your technique! It's modified, yet not Too easy, Not Too Difficult that one gives up. I'm both impressed & and excited to start this new phase in Self Care fighting Sarcopenia. OMG Nursing School 101... Seriously, thank you & and your team for developing a safe & modified approach to do strength training exercises. Very Grateful 🙏 my goal, I want your thickness in your Thighs... your a Great Coach...

Took and loved the quiz, but got kinda sad that the free trial is only for 14 days. When it comes to exercising or using a new program, a free trial of 30 days allows a person time to work it into their routine, 60 allows a person to get used to said routine, and 90 days allows a person to get hooked, to see/feel some results, and a chance to know for sure if said program will work for them or not. At least I know what my levels are (3 and 1 respectively), tho not what those levels mean. Still, thanks for the video and quiz, and I wish others luck in their endeavors.

Sit to stand exercises are tough for me since I have lost a lot of my hamstring and flute muscles. As a result, my adductors seem shortened where it is tough for me to touch my knees while sitting and very hard to spread my legs apart.

I have to wear anti-varicose socks during resistance exercise due to leg varicose veins. Does wearing varicose socks during resistance exercise prevent muscle growth?
