shhh.. listen. you are going to be okay. let’s get through this together. steady your breathing. deep breaths, in and out. in…2 3 4.. hold…2 3 4.. out…2 3 4. i know it hurts. i know you want to cry. i know the images that are flashing through your head. keep your breathing as steady as you can. it’s okay. the feeling will pass, as it always does. even if it does happen, it’s not the end of the world. it happens to everyone. it’s a terrible feeling, but it will come to an end. remember to keep breathing. slow your heart rate as best you can. sit down, close your eyes, and breathe. try playing some music. either your favorite song, or music that relaxes you. it will all be over soon. i promise. -sincerely, an emetophobic child on the internet who ate too much sugar

Don't be too hard on yourself... these phobias are very common. The good news is, there is also a high level of success in overcoming them, once you start working on yourself. Good luck with this audio, but if you don't experience relief, I also recommend cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT); its highly effective for all kinds of phobias. Take care! =)

I have intense Anxiety and Panic Disorder, with my top trigger being well.. this kind of stuff. I starved myself when I was eight under the impression “if there’s nothing in there, it can’t happen.” It didn’t happen, but I couldn’t walk and ate my food through my nose. Later in middle school, I dropped out of public school when I saw it happen. Now, in my third year of college, I’m losing weight again because I constantly think I’m going to be sick. “I’m having this odd feeling in my gut. Probably because I’m dehydrated and hungry.. OR I’M SICK AND AM GOING TO HAVE THAT HAPPEN! That’s clearly the most reasonable conclusion!” My emetophobia is so bad that I can’t bring myself to eat, drink, sleep, study, travel, NOTHING. I am being killed by this fear. I’m crying now, praying that this works so I can finally live. My whole life has been ruled by this phobia, and it’s going to starve me to death pretty soon. Any tips, sites, videos, numbers, advice, ANYTHING would mean the world to me. I don’t want to die because an irrational thought made me too scared to take care of myself. Please, I’m begging you, if you know something, anything, please help me.

I'm sorry to hear of your harrowing experiences, it sounds very painful, and my heart goes out to you. You can try listening to this audio, as it contains positive messages to help you deal with this difficult phobia. Many people have found it helpful. But I never recommend that these audios be used as a sole treatment; rather, these audios are to be used as a complimentary therapy. Given the severity of your experience, I recommend that you seek out some help locally if you can. You may benefit from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) or hypnotherapy; both have a high rate of success for treating phobias. If you aren't sure where to begin, talk to your doctor. And feel free to comment here anytime. Take care of yourself!

Aww i feel so bad for you , mine one isn't that severe but , i do have panic and anxiety at very peak level , whenever this strikes me i just go sweaty , worried the food that i was enjoying suddenly looks unappetising and wanted to throw away , and usually happens during social situations , where you don't wanna be a center of attention in front of 100 peoples , people don't think this is a serious thing but it is ruining our life . Mine conditions weren't from childhood infact such thing start happening recently 2 years back , my brain have the tendancy to store up the negative sessions just like videogame files like you've a bad moment in the past and you can recall that feeling whenever you want so you can say you 'load' that savings to live that hell like feelings again and again but you have no control over it. It's also called NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and anchor the moment , well you can use that thing for your improvements , all you have to do is feel any happy - relaxed moment in a trance like state (not that necessary just be calm), and anchor it (save that feeling) with certain hand gesture , so whenever you have anxiety you relive those happy moment by that hand gesture and all the anxieties will be gonem

This is my saving Grace! I’ve been listening every morning as I wake for 3-4 months without fail (after 26 years of this emetophobic hell I’m doing everything I can to help myself) and touch wood since I’ve been listening to this I haven’t had a proper panic attack (if I listen to less than the 30 minutes I’m more anxious that day) and last night I had a small victory; the dog was ill and although I didn’t hear it or see the process of it (my worst bit), I still stood next to it calmly petting her and looking at it... normally I’d panic and run away and stay as far away from it as possible! Still got a long way to go but it’s the small wins in life, thank you so much, this has helped me tremendously already, I cannot praise your subliminals enough! This and the nausea one really help me a lot. May it continue and may further progress be made.. if anyone out there is procrastinating, dedicate time for this and value yourself to start letting go of the fear.. the small wins mean everything and the happiness is overwhelming when you find yourself doing things you’ve never done before 🥰 we are not born with this therefore we can let go of this.. keep going and believe in yourself 💪🏻🙌🏻

@@Suzy-zf6hj aww, when Sometimes I still do get a bit nervous but You just need to know that it takes more then enough food to actually make you sick, and nobody really ever throws up from eating too much unless it was like 2- 3 heavy meals back to back, if you still are nervous then just space out your meals so that you know you have had time to digest your other food before continued to another plate and you will feel better knowing you will not got sick 🙂 sorry if that doesnt make much sense... also for the hard to swallow, most of the time it is all just in our minds 😊 it may feel like a lump in your throat but it is actually nothing other then straight up anxiety, so just relax and stay calm , believe, trust, and know that you can eat and that you are fearless no matter what you have been going through or been through. @30MinuteMindset5 жыл бұрын
I'm so sorry to hear that! Have you had any therapy for the trauma? Feeling afraid of vomiting would definitely be part of your problem, but I would guess it's more of a trigger to your past experience rather than a "true" phobia. Often times, people with phobias can't trace the phobia back to any specific incident; it just arises with no explanation. But in your case, dealing with the scary experience directly might be most helpful to you, if you have the opportunity. Just my 2 cents. Take care of yourself!

I have really bad anxiety in general… and it causes me to have a strong gag feeling in my throat some nights. It also gives me Gerd so I can’t sleep until I fully relax completely or if I’m super tired/distracted. Because of these horrible symptoms, paired with emetophobia I would do anything to settle my stomach and brain down quickly. In fact I’m supposed to be deep asleep right now but I can’t sleep since my throat feels really gaggy and my stomach is playing twister. This helps a little bit though. Are there any audio subliminals that help suppress anxiety gag reflex or something?? It would be soooo very much loved appreciated… I am experiencing this basically every day and I know that gagging anxiety can be a struggle for many people. Thank you so much for this video though. I felt a little relief hearing the first 10 seconds. However if I get a little distressed then the gag feeling comes back :( especially with anxiety getting distressed is very easy to do. Gosh even thinking about it would trigger it Thank you. @30MinuteMindset4 жыл бұрын
Do your parents (or guardians) know you have emetophobia? If not, I would talk to them or another trusted adult. Phobias of all kinds, including emetophobia, are highly treatable, and this is especially true the younger you are. If possible, you could do treatment with a specialist local to you. Hypnosis and CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) are both very effective for phobias. Other than that, for best and long lasting results, you do need to listen to this regularly. If you don't have time, here's a tip: listen to this as you go to sleep at night. It's perfectly fine to listen to this while sleeping, and it's also one of the times when your mind is most open to hypnotic suggestion. Take care!

Hmm I’m a bit confused. All I hear is rainfall and I’m a few minutes in. I tried fast forwarding. Am I missing something?
@30MinuteMindset5 жыл бұрын
This is a subliminal recording. That means the affirmations (listed in the description) are set to a lower volume than the rain sound, but still within the range of normal human hearing. The rain sound essentially masks the messages so you don't consciously hear them and they are instead picked up by the subconscious mind. The subconscious is highly receptive in many people, and listening can help to create a lasting change over time. Hope that makes sense, take care! =)

Will this help with the ability to take down food as well? I vomited 4 days ago as well as having chills and shaking and anxiety attacks. Most the symptoms have calmed down except for my loss of appetite. I can’t manage more than a couple bites of food a day. I’m so scared to eat cuz I’m scared I’m just gonna puke it all back up like I did 4 days ago.
@30MinuteMindset3 жыл бұрын
This helps with overcoming the fear of vomiting, not the effects of vomiting. If you want something specifically for relieving nausea, you may want to try this instead: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pGSblYBtatSHh9k I also have several audios for increasing appetite and enjoying the taste and texture of food. I have them all organized into a playlist on my channel page. Take care and feel better soon!

Hi! I’m trying this and wanted to know, is it permanent ? Thank you ☺️
@30MinuteMindset5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your question! Its impossible to say if the results are permanent or not, as everyone's experience of subliminal affirmations is different. Success varies depending on a number of factors such as your personal circumstances, your mindset, etc. All I can suggest is that you try listening, while keeping an open mind (this helps with results), and see how it works for you. Hope that helps, take care! =)

Hi,I have a question.🤗 Does language matter in subliminals? I saw something like"The language used in subliminal must be the native language of the listener".I need to know because English is my second language.
@30MinuteMindset3 жыл бұрын
Yes, it does matter, but English does not need to be your first language. For any of my audios to work for you, you just need to be able to understand English when you hear it spoken out loud. Hope that makes sense, take care!

I have to listen to this sound for 30 minutes everyday until I hit 21 days? It has to be 30 minutes or I can listen to it less than 30 minutes?
@30MinuteMindset5 жыл бұрын
Some people get results from just listening for a few minutes at a time, but everyone's results vary, and this is designed to be listened for the entire 30 minutes. Generally speaking, it will work better the longer you listen to it. You can listen while doing other passive activities such as reading or studying, or even while sleeping. Hope that helps, take care! =)

30 Minute Mindset one more thing: The subliminal affirmations I have to say them in my mind while listening to this, or to keep them in mind everyday to make me feel better:)?
@30MinuteMindset5 жыл бұрын
@@reverblife1812 Its always a good practice to tell yourself that you are going to be successful with the subliminal (rather than saying to yourself, "this isn't going to work", etc). Try to have an attitude of openness and positivity while listening. But its not necessary to read or think of the affirmations while listening; your subconscious mind will absorb them regardless. But a positive attitude can be a boost for a lot of people. Hope that helps, take care! =)

There is only rain sounds for me and no affirmations.. is that right or ?
@30MinuteMindset Жыл бұрын
Yes, you are only meant to hear rain sounds, because the affirmations are subliminal. The word "subliminal" means the affirmations target your subconscious mind, so you are not meant to consciously hear them. The voice speaking the affirmations is embedded in the rain sounds and masked by them. A list of the affirmations is in the description. Hope that makes sense, take care!
@yukiefromoz25733 жыл бұрын
Am I supposed to hear something other than the sound of rain?? I'm confused...
@30MinuteMindset3 жыл бұрын
No, you aren't supposed to hear anything else. This is a subliminal session, which means you will not hear the affirmations spoken out loud. The affirmations are masked by the background sound, which allows them to bypass the conscious mind and instead be picked up by the subconscious. The subconscious mind is highly suggestible in most people, so it's possible to create lasting changes in thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours simply by listening over time while performing other relaxing activities such as reading or studying, or even while sleeping. Hope that makes sense, take care!

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️PLEASE READ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I am travelling on a 25hour travel flight to Florida from my home Australia. I am going with my friend who gets very severe motion sicknesses and I know she gets very badly si** on a plane. I am so desperate to know tips on how to get rid of my severe emetophobia. Thank you everyone. ❤️❤️ please help me with literally anything I’m so desperate and my anxiety is not good at the moment
@30MinuteMindset4 жыл бұрын
That is a very long flight! Unfortunately, listening to this audio is not intended as an instant fix, most people need to listen several times over the course at least a few days, to start feeling some relief. You could try though of course; some people do experience relief more quickly than others. I'm not sure what's available to you in flight, but you may want to try one of mine or another channel's relaxation music or nature sounds, and listen to that with headphones, if possible. Close your eyes, relax your body and take deep breaths while listening. Even something like white noise might be helpful, and could help you sleep as well. Have you ever used relaxation or grounding techniques to help with your fears? There are many available online and also on KZbin; try to find one that appeals to you and use it. One grounding technique, when you're feeling anxious, is to simply to stop what you're doing and ask yourself: What are 5 things I can see right now? (clock, chair, book, etc) What are 4 things I can touch? (touch them) What are 3 things I can hear? What are 2 things I like the smell of? (imagine them) Take one deep breath. And then just repeat this whenever you need to or as many times as you need to in order to feel calm. I hope your friend is able to take some anti nausea medication? And for such a long flight, I hope that both of you are able to get some sleep. Best wishes to you and take care!
