I know that depression can be different for everyone and on some days I absolutely don’t feel like doing my makeup but sometimes it helps in order to not lay back into bed. I find myself struggling with coming up with motivation for those things but it always helps me to watch grwm videos on KZbin

@cafewithmonica6 ай бұрын
I’ve had clients have similar experiences and taking it at night has helped but definitely follow up with your doctor to make sure it’s the right dosage for you sometimes you’ll just need to tweek it with your doctor. I hope it works out for you and you see improvement.

Gentle mornings with small kids.. I don't feel like there's not much room for my emotions these days.. Also, the better my sleep is and my sleep hygiene, the better the mornings. But life is unpredictable.

While I can’t fully understand your experience since I don’t have kids of my own. Even just a small moment in the morning where you splash water take a deep breathe just to let your body know it’s okay. I have so much admirations for moms you all have so much on your plate and if you haven’t heard it today I am so proud of you ❤️ it’s not easy being a mom and I know you’re trying your best.

No offence I just don't like when therapist online put down Anxiety and depression. But there is a huge difference in chronic depression and chronic anxiety than someone who is functioning, working, socialising, etc, than someone who is bedridden, suicidal ideation, on benzos, being hospitalised. I would rather you used mild depression and mild anxiety. But that's just my take on it. Thanks for helping people anyhow, John in Ireland

God so loved the the world that he gave his only begotten son that he gave him to the world to die for our sins that whosoever believe him may not die but have eternal life. With that death came the gift if the Holy Spirit of God and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom and so I share this to comfort you and say that truly he does save and if your feeling hopeless just call out to him in faith and see what he does.
