Seth, you will pull yourself out of this set back and continue moving forward. Remember, 3 steps forward, 2 steps back. You are stronger than you think right now and are a true hero and help to a lot of people watching these videos! I'm 46 and mine began around 21. It was as you describe when yours started out. I would have loved to have had these helpful videos when I was learning how to pull myself out of this debilitating anxiety problems. I was able to do it on my own but it would have made it sooooo much easier! If nothing else, just to have known that I wasn't loony! lol. I still have problems from time to time in a store or driving in town but I can usually zap them down pretty quick. The only thing that I didn't push forward with and over come was driving on the highway. I regret that but at the same time I'm thankful that I can get around town, go into stores, work, etc. Watching you go through that store and getting dizzy and floaty sure brought back memories. You will still experience these feelings from time to time but with how you've desensitized them dramatically, they pass much more quickly. You've done fantastic! You got this Seth!

Here's my life so far from the time I was born. I'm 40 now. 1 food allergies/projectile vomiting 2 dyscalculia (a mathematical learning disability) 3 silent seizures 4 asthma 5 depression 6 panic attacks 7 O.C.D. 8 Social awkwardness 9 insomnia 10 Agoraphobia So yeah, I fucking hate life. Yet, I have to live because it would be upsetting to others if I ended it. I'm just living for their happiness.

I have a lot of what you have. Just a younger version. I'm 25, I got over the depression by having a woman in my life and my anxiety also slowed down. I realized my anxiety came from loneliness and not distracting myself enough. So I workout, I eat healthy, I am always doing something creative or just doing something, and I have my wife for the comfort. I achieved all of this through a strong battle at 1 point I wasn't doing anything. I was afraid to leave my house. What I can say man is just pray for what you want or for something to be filled. I was so deep in anxiety and getting depressed over it because I couldn't even work and I wanted more for myself in life. All I can say is my prayers were answered. Took about 2 years or around a year and half when I started praying to overcome this stuff because it started to worsen. How I prayed was I told God and my guardian angels to deliver something or someone in my life to fill this void. I kept praying every night man to go back to that old feeling of life I had when I was a kid and I felt secured and comfortable. I can honestly say it works. I got everything I prayed for in detail. I even went to psychics and mediums and even psychologist and no one helped but my prayers. However, the mediums did tell me of my future events that there will be a brown skin woman that has blonde hair on her arms coming in my life and we will be linked. During this time I was single and it was 2 years before I met that woman. That medium taughtme that there is more to this life than we think and thats when I got closer to god and my guardians along with knowing the power of prayer.

Hey. I hope you'll get better once again soon and recover 100% this time. I wonder how long it normally takes someone suffering from anxiety (and severe depression) to recover if they give it all the time necessary. My second question is: What if your loved ones are thousands of miles away from you? Can phone calls and social media connections be of any help?
@bwelmhouse19 жыл бұрын
AnanSmile Thanks! The amount of time to recovery will depend on how severe it is, what exactly is causing it, how long you've had it, what other illnesses you have, what if any other drugs or medication you're taking, how much time you put into therapy and what type of therapy you do. There are many variables. And everybody is different. So it's impossible to predict. Phone calls and social media are great! It's way better than nothing.

You went into a cavern?!! I have anxiety just thinking about that😩 who does this for fun??!! JK😳🤣 I’m an hour in, didn’t think I’d watch the whole thing, but I’m hooked. Our stories are so similar! Over 20 yrs with agoraphobia and hate the fact that it boomerangs after period of remission😡
@bwelmhouse15 жыл бұрын
The possibility of the boomerang is something I'm always acutely aware of and ready to deal with. The boomeraging all seems to start with urges of avoiding the situations again. It is when these urges creep in that I will take time out of my day to go and face those situations to keep the wheel greased and turning. Overcoming anxiety and remissions seem to require maintenance, to avoid falling back into avoidance and thinking habits that got us here in the first place. Glad you enjoyed the video! I'm doing relatively good. I can live day-to-day life pretty much free of anxiety. My inner ear disorder and constant dizziness does make me more prone to anxiety in stores and wide-open spaces on days where my dizziness is worse. If I didn't have inner ear damage, I'd probably be 100% recovered in my anxiety disorder by now.

Before I watch this can you tell me if you have overcome agoraphobia? I have had it for years... it was made so much worse by taking Benzodiazepines for years. I have come off the Klonopin in the last 6 months and the panic has been horrible. As I heal I want to work on overcoming this fear. Is there hope for someone like me that has had this over 20 years?
@bwelmhouse15 жыл бұрын
There's absolutely hope for anyone, no longer how long they've had it. I have overcome it for the most part, but 5 years ago, a medical condition triggered a major relapse and I'm back to having overcome most of it, but still need to work on continuing to overcome the rest of it.
@destrystokes66875 жыл бұрын
@@bwelmhouse1 Thank you for your response... I will watch this all the way through. I am so happy that you've come so far. Keep working on it so that you don't go backwards. I started out the right way but once I got on meds that pretty much ruined me.

I have one at work. My anxiety was flaring up so much that i started talking incredibly fast and freaking out. My co-worker said, 'calm down and shut up'. She then brought me to the back of the place, sat down and said, 'what are you thinking?' I couldn't say because my mind was racing. She told me to close my eyes, and she placed her hand on my head. All of a sudden i got an instant gratification of relief. I calmed down, and she started reciting different angel's names. For some reason i calmed down and was able to talk normally again. Reiki has changed my life. This was my second experience.

@bwelmhouse19 жыл бұрын
Keep in mind I allowed myself to slip and then developed a crippling medical condition on top of that. If it weren't for the medical condition, I'd be calling my slip backwards a simple set-back and not the major relapse it turned into. My life problems are much greater at the moment, with severe hopelessness feelings due to my medical issue. I wish I only had the anxiety to tackle. :-( I don't know about gene therapy, but the therapies I've done in the past worked well.
