I eat kale every day if I can, and I have eaten pumpkin seeds all my life. I often wondered why I rarely get illnesses, in fact, I refused the shingle shot, got shingles a year ago, and it was an itchy rash that lasted a few days. It pinched a bit, but was totally not a big deal. The best seeds won't grow in pathetic soil, so starting from a healthy basic diet can work wonders. I have three bags of pumpkin seeds in a canister, as my backup. Now, I am trying to increase nitric oxide, and doing beets, but read that KALE, AND SPINACH help increase, and prolong the effects, MORE than just beets. I love learning, so keep up the valuable videos.

How do you clean your kale?
@jeanmader2302
@jeanmader2302 2 жыл бұрын
@@fromireland8663 I have a salad spinner, And I love, love it. Especially cleaning fresh produce from the garden. My particular spinner has an area where you put the faucet as you spin, so no nasty critter will escape the force of the water as you spin. It is especially nice for spinning greens for salad. I have two spinners, and you may get the older ones at garage sales. The new ones are quite expensive, and they run on a spring type reaction, as you push a disk at the top. These do go kaput, but my spinner that turns, is still going strong. If I had to leave my home in a storm, that spinner would be under my arm! LOL

3 foods to incorporate: kale, miso, pumpkin seeds 3 foods to avoid: sugar, dairy, processed foods

... Also to avoid: all gluten containing grains or flours. Harsh, cause it includes all we got used to love; pasta, pizza, bread, cake, biscuits... It's good to reduce it all gradually to avoid a withdrawal reaction; no joking, it happened to me. Alternatives: buckwheat, millets, quinoa... check out your tolerance to corn and definitely stay away from starches. It all boils down to stick to what mother Nature produced just like it produced it on its own. Miso is better made out of rice, cause many people have to avoid soy. : ))) Good courage to all; beginnings are hard; later on it gets much better!

Avoid sugar... Proceeds to use honey in her dressing. Avoid processed foods. Proceeds to put about a quarter cup of olive oil in her dressing. Yes, olive oil is a processed product. Also, pouring a bunch of processed oils in to your bloodstream aint a great idea. It causes blood platelets to stick together, great for blood clotting and causing a heart attack later on.

@Billy the Kid Honey does have benefits, but milk is toxic. No amount of dairy is safe for people to eat. There's pus, antibiotics, and casein in dairy. The casein in dairy is what turns on tumors and cancer. Just because you've never learned of this before doesn't make it untrue. You can learn more by going to switch for good website or KZbin. I also urge you to read the famous book, The China Study, if you really want to learn about nutrition based on numerous studies, by famous, respected doctors and scientists like Cambell, Barnard and others.

@Billy the Kid Raw milk is even more dangerous. There is still casein in milk, it doesn't matter if it's pasteurized or not. You can ignore the science if you want. You can drink it if you want. It's your life. It's your health. I'm just trying to help people prevent and reverse disease.
