I needed this right now-thank you. Being hard on myself isn’t productive-failure is feedback that I can learn from. Taking the risk that lead to the failure is better than not taking the risk at all.

This video really got to me. I've been thinking about switching from a mostly stable career to following my passions in a much less stable field once I graduate, but I am always scared of failure. Thank you for this video!

I've been thinking about going to a university in Germany, because I'm israeli who has a German passport, but I'm really scared that I will not successed or I will miss family. Still thinking about it, but I need to start really get that out. Hope I'll success
@lilie22775 жыл бұрын
Just do it and give it a try. I don't know what subject you want to study but usually, there is the option to switch universities in case you really don't like it or miss your family too much. And there are support groups and meetups for foreign students on pretty much all German universities. It's a great experience and I am pretty sure it will boost your confidence. Good luck! Cheers from Munich, Germany ;-)

I moved go germany ALONE at 17 ,5 years ago..best decision ever. I learnt german in 10 months and had to repeat high school for 1 year and now i am almost done with uni!! You can do it.. especial,y if u have a german pass since u get help from the government moneywise instead of trying to fight with the government that they extend your residence permit! Do it! You will nit regret it 💓

abigail gargi you will miss your family and it will be scary but will you lose out if you don’t do this? Technology will allow you to skype, talk with your family. You can write letters, visit etc...think about your future self...you in 5 years and the person who you could grow into because of this experience.

I love OBHF and have watched basically all your videos. I was wondering if you could address rejecting company offers in a future video. I’ve been throwing my resume basically to anyone who will take (STEM field) and I’ve had to reject offers that weren’t a good fit. It feels bad to turn down any offer and if you had any advice or any similar advice, that’d be awesome.

Hi Tasha... I want to become a scientist but since were talking about failure I want to plan for a backup career (contingency plan) as well... do you have suggestions for a person who’s skill strengths include - coding, presentation , mentoring and interpersonal relationships ... I get happiness from teaching science , singing , helping people and learning new science .. I need flexible working hours and workplace so I can spend quality time with family while earning from investing

Hi, Tasha! I have told so many friends about your videos--you all are such a good example. I was wondering if you all are considering marriage now that you have your own business? I recall that you chose not to marry because of your student loan situation. Has that changed now that you are now self employed?
